Best not to name the seller though. Any potential buyers will be curious enough to have a look themselves0

What is it you are selling?0

A musical cot mobile, it's theme only brings up 4 results, hers and mine identical, other 2 same theme but different models.I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

perhaps a polite note to her, informing her that you have reported her listing?"There is a light that never goes out"0

if you are hosting the photos yourself or have access to change them you could create comedy results....0

Am with auctiva and host my photo's through there. Am not sure how to change them. Only just worked out how to get a free template!
Also if I changed them, wouldn't it show up in my own listing which is still active?I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

I had same problem a week ago - all on here were helpful
I reported it, and ebay removed it late next day.
I did put on my listing that sellar ****** has used my photo and description without my consent. I have taken the time to describe my item correctly but some sellars can not be bothered to inform buyers of condition of goods they are selling.
I got 4 bids after I put this on my listing in BOLD letters, When ebay removed the listing I added - please ignore the above reference as ebay have rectified the matter and agreed that it is against policy for sellars to steal other peoples listing information - I also said thank you ebay for acting so quickly.
It will be to your advantage if they pull the listing as people may then bid on your item thinking it may not be relisted. This happened to me - good luck. Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T0 -

I'm not too hard to find :rotfl:
Only reason I haven't given full details is I think it's against the rules as it sends people to my own auction.
Her auction states that item is from a pet and smoke free household, mine doesn't as I am guilty of both!
Just taken photo's of my dog and a pack of cigarettes, so if anyone can advise me of how to change the photo's without them coming up in my auction aswell I would be very grateful!I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

You could try an upload the photos again so that you have two sets of the same pics, then change the original set with the dog and cigs pics. Then put the second set in your auction. I don't no if that will work though just a thought.Come on you Irons0
