Actually, with respects to bondy, rather than use it as loo paper (it isn't kind to your bum) file all the letters in a safe place as this company is very vulnerable to being sued as some of the stuff they send out breaks the law.

Just be aware, of other types of silly letters they send, like fake debt collectors.
Its all part of the same scam.

If and when they send you something that looks like a County Court claim, but has no Claim Number in the top right hand corner, please come back as this is illegal, but they have been known to try it!

I have similar issue regarding a penalty letter given by CIVIL ENFORCEMENT LTD. on 10/04/13 when we were eating at KFC LEYTON at 20:54 then after a week i recieved a penalty notice and when i ask my friends if they receive any penalty letter they said no , so its only me. I sent an appeal stating that it was dark and raining and i haven't notice the signs and furthermore we ordered 3 times and it was confirm by the kfc manager as i asked her to confirm that we were there inside eating . But still refused and demand me to pay by postal and check only coz if i pay by cards i will not be given a discount . Any help

  • hi I have just recieved a parking charge notice I was parked in the co-op car park at whitby I paid for 4 hours parking from 12.05 till 16.05 yet the notice says I didnt pay in accordance with the terms and the time on the notice is 12.04 till 15.48 which is the time i left the car park so i wasnt even parked over my 4 hours limit the parking notice says if i dont pay within 14 days it will double to £90 an will result in civil enforcement and debt collectors calling and they say they have photographic evidence so if this is the case they would surely see my ticket displayed on my windscreen? My question is do i pay this and is this company a legal company because it just came in a plain brown envelope with a london post mark but the address on the charge is liverpool .. thanks
