The same rules apply regarding ESA and carer's allowance as with IB so no is the answer.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

Please dont take me wrong here but if you are receiving IB(esa) than it says that you are incapable of working but if you say that you can be a carer and look after someone than maybe you are in better health than you say you are.If it ever got to the point where i have no money to eat. I would go to the police station and break something to get myself arrested. Atleast i would get a warm cell and food and if everyone who get SANCTIONED by the job center did that than the government would have to change there policy about sanctioning so many people on the work program.0

not always the case, someone with non physical problems may well be capable of giving care to someone who has0

You should have an underlying entitlement which means you may get the premium ( and not CA in hand) however, this may affect your fathers benefits if he gets the SDP.“How people treat you becomes their karma; how you react becomes yours.”0

if you are capable of caring for someone else even if it isn't physical problems you are claiming for, then how come you can't get some kind of job?
That always astounds me.:eek:When your life is a mess, stop and think what you are doing before bringing more kids into it, it's not fair on them.

because i have had two heart attacks and angina and still having problems with my breathing, the fact is my dad has lived with me for 28 years and now he is frail what can i do now im ill, throw him out?0

I am more or less in the same position as you are mo1 with heart and lung problems as well as high blood pressure.
Despite this I am not about to throw out my 20 year old Autistic son and I will continue to the best of my ability to care for him regardless of my own health problems.
Now I wonder how much money I have saved the government over the 20 years that I've cared for him!!!0

sure this will go down really well, but why should the government be responsible for paying for people's close relatives? When your life is a mess, stop and think what you are doing before bringing more kids into it, it's not fair on them.
