Is there a problem with the blue £4 voucher (the little one that Tesco post out when you register) as it didn't scan for me today?I did manage to use all the other blue, 2 lilac and 2 quit vouchers, and extra points ones, on a £60 spend so was quite happy with that. :)
  • Hiya Dormouse  hope you are OK ? I did 3 clothing shops today and at the one store the £4 blue kids voucher would not go through, but I was reimbursed at CS.

On the other 2 shops in 2 different stores they scanned fine

  • Can someone just sum up what Clothing vouchers are currently available?

I only know of the QK ones. I have signed up the clothing website, but nothing so far.

Mine didn't scan either and the young lad even tried with the hand held scanner.......... but I was still delighted with my buys :j

Welshy-how did you get a refund on the £4 voucher?-did they not object to all the others you had? I had this problem today -a £10,£4 and £6 blue did not scan -but I had bought all the correct clothes and it worked earlier in the day at a different store-I took advatage of the 20% pj's so i wondered if that was the problem?

Hiya Cannyscot, well the store is huge and when I went to CS a young chap was on there and he was giving off the I don't want to be here vibes so I just asked, he didn't even look at my receipt and gave me £4 cash back.

On my 2nd transaction, however at store 2 some of my clothing vouchers were rejected by SA so off I went to CS only to discover the "real" welsh dragon behind the desk, she looked at my receipt then called the checkout girl who fished out my clothing vouchers. she then checked my spends and told me I was not entitled to use them. I suppose really on a £60 spend officially a £10 clothing voucher should be accepted so I cut my losses and ran.

Shop 3 - SA scanned everything and commented that he would have scanned more if I had given them to him.

I suppose it all depends on the cashier, I try to avoid going to CS and will lay low at store 2 now as I was mega embarassed.

I wasn't going to do another clothing shop for awhile, however, reading the Tesco magazine this evening there is a lovely red dress that I would like to get although I haven't seen it in store as yet.

I had a fantastic shop yesterday!

    1st Transaction, purchased:

£25 worth of childrens clothes (or so I thought, more about that later)
    £36 womans clothes and bags

    Used:

    £7 Lilac
    £10 Lilac
    £5 Lilac (rejected)
£10 blue (which I received as a swap! The whole blue set for a couple of boots mags!!)
    £6 blue
    £4 blue (rejected)
    2 x £6 spring
200 points on baby/toddler clothing (also a swap as hubby threw ours away!)

So, including actual food shopping, the bill came up to £24!! I went off to Customer services to see why the children coupons didn't scan, then I realised two of the tops were actually reduced! ARgh! So lovely lovely SA said to go and get something for £4 and she'd refund and repurchase again, gave her the £5 and the £4 which she scanned, so I actually received £5 back!! So that total lot, including £14 of food shopping for £19!! Very very happy.

    2nd transaction:

    £25 childrens
    £35 womens stuff

    Used:

    £7 Lilac
    £10 Lilac
    £5 Lilac
£4 blue (another swap! Gotta love those blues)
    2 x £6 QK

Including £14 food shopping, paid £38! So paid £24 for £60 of clothes!! Super day. I know I took a risk going to CS, but it turned out o.k.

Going to do a few Toiletry shops during the week, I have around 6 more transactions with both £2 and QK coupons to do! Will give them all to my mum and my nan.

I need some help here! I have collected lots of the lilac vouchers, but couldnt give them away, so here I am on the last day needing to use as many as possible.

I have 2 clothing stores near me, and these are all the vouchers I have.

    9 x £10 off
    9 x £7 off
    9 x £5 off

    1 x Lilac £6 off (exp tiday
1 x Lilac £6 off expires end of month

    2 x £10 off blue
    2 x £6 off women blue
    1 x £6 off mens blue
    1 x £4 off kids blue

    8 x £6 off quit Kit

300 points off £12 mens clothing

I just dont know how to split them, I would like to save a few for next week when the sale starts too, but need to use the top ones (lilac) today as they expire.

I dont mind if its women/mens/kids mix...i just need some advice so I dont waste them!
