Thanks for the kind words. We still have two cats but they are not the same as a dog, and they don't really love me - just my tin opener. I don't think it would be sensible to get another dog, I may not live to look after it if it manages over 15 years like the last one and I couldn't bear to abandon a dog.

I just need to stop brooding.

Last full day of our jollies today so will be trying to get everything rounded up and back in the bags later. I think we have only lost 1 thing so far and with 5 different accommodation locations that's not bad. cloud and rain today to get used back into the weather for at home.

Hi ladies. Just came on to see what the list is despite being too tired to do anything else today! Glad to see it's focussed on a neglected room as I don't really have one. I've done quite a few bits and my poor pregnant bodyt has decided its had enough for today so I won't be doing much more now! here's what i've acheived:

Bedding stripped, washed and hung out to dry.
Stained white t-shirt soaked, hand washed and hung out to dry.
    Been for a walk.
Done some transplanting of seedlings and planted the next lot of seeds.
    Washing up done.
DW unloaded and then partially re-loaded.
Tea is in the low cooker.

So I'll need to fetch the washing in later....if it hasn't blown away! And also sort some veg and spuds to have with tea. I also need to have a bath, wash my hair and make my hairy legs slightly more presentable incase the baby decides to arrive!

huge hugs Pollybear, I agree with the re-homing an older dog suggestion. What about putting a card up for dog walking services?

I have picked up lots of junk from the living room floor plus the dirty clothes and dishes. Daddy day care is apparently lots of fun but it does leave a huge mess. Our bedding in the WM.

I need to carve and freeze the rest of the turkey, and do something with two pints of cream - probably make butter to freeze as the ice cream machine is somewhere in one of the boxes.

Ok, wardrobe sorted, way more than 60 things got rid of (that is what 60 in 60 is, isn't it? Get rid of 60 things in 60 minutes?) even  a few pairs of shoes

To recover I went to visit my Mum :o (and offloaded a bag full of clothes for her to decide if she wanted them or not :D)
