Hi- just to let you know if you put tomato ketchup on your dog once she`s been in fox poo, that willneutralize the smell! Then shampoo as normal. Without it the dog still smells! HTH
Thank you - we do that too - we are always 'collecting' sachets of tomato ketchup on our travels - it really does work although their white patches of fur look strange when they are stained with the tomato sauce! Tomato juice works as well apparently but it's not so easy to use.

    Hello!

Another beggar all day. Been out at my aunts with the tots catching up with everyone, cousins and all their kids, sort of like a party, we tend to do this in the big holidays it's always good to get together.

    And she bakes of course...

Just need to unpack our bags, nappy bag, lunch bag, toy bag, gawd you'd think we'd gone for a week, goodness knows how we'll manage when we really do go for a week.

Dinner is hm moussaka from freezer, to nuke when the tots are asleep, they are watching the bloody gruffalo child again, in my bed, no less!!!

I have done very little in the way of domestic activity this week as the decorating is still ongoing and therefore the house is in chaos :)

However, today I have washed down the chest of drawers in the bedroom - it needs polishing, and I have run out of beeswax, so will need to get some tomorrow, and put up the wooden venetian blind and washed all the slats with vinegar and water to get the dust off.

Tomorrow I want to finish the bedroom - which means cleaning the underneath of the blanket chest (it has feet, so will be cobwebby underneath), put the curtain pole up, polish the chest of drawers, put the last picture up, fill up the corner shelf, strip and remake the bed, hoover and wash the floor. Oh... and take the junk out of the wardrobe and start putting clothes and shoes in there, while having a very thorough weeding out session of stuff I don't need.

Mind you, I think the hoover probably needs a bath. I might treat it to some new filters!

I also want to do some gardening, and make an effort to make the rest of the house look vaguely civilised...
