  • Well did not do todays flying, as i got a bit too carried away with a bottle of stardrops i bought, having read the recommendations on mse, well its brought up my uvpc windows beautifully also my hob and my paintwork, but prefer vinegar for windows, mirrors and stainless steel. I have to say, i ended up with a real humdinger of a headache, and felt very fatigued, really felt it was to do with the stardrops, just wondered if anyone else uses this and what your thoughts are on it.

Kitchen nice and tidy, so will do todays flying 2moz.

If fumes/vapour are making you suffer paper masks won't help (used to be a lab tech) paper masks are for large particles ie 'almost' visible dust and larger - save your money!
For fumes - windows open and preferably a breezy day then there's some air movement and not too warm - masks really won't help unless they are fume-specific as a very minimum the metal masks with the THICK pad might do!
Just want to save your dosh!

  • Valli thanks for that, yes i like to save dosh lol, i was thinking more that it might be that i put it in a spray bottle, but it probably is fumes. im more of a green cleaner, apart from the odd squirt of bleach down the loo, once a week, then the lid goes down, so i suppose im not used to chemical fumes. thanks for the input

    Morning all!

Feel like a zombie this morning, keep getting woken up at 3am sweating like a pig - it's my age lol! Had HRT before but it made me put on so much weight I stopped taking it - flushes carried on for a year or so then stopped for around 6 months - now back with a vengeance! Don't like to bother the Dr but it's waking DH too so I will have to think about it.

Nice easy list again - thank you! Got to wrap a wedding pressie up before work (just a M&S vase - for my friend/colleague's son - known him for 14 years and he used to do voluntary work with us as a student) so I'd best be off - hope everyone has a good Thursday!
