Lets be patient with "littlecube2010" - is taking him a bit of time but he has been in touch and offered me a t-mobile sim or a refund...
I chose refund and he has since apologised for the delay as he is dealing with high volumes of requests.
Dida acknowledged it was their mistake so I wont go back there in a rush!
Littlecube2010 has dealt with this issue in a great manner, i will let you know when the refund arrives from him
  • I bought a Dida Mobile sim from Littlecube2010 in January 2012. It stopped working after 3 months. I called the Dida Mobile phone line and managed to get through to someone who said to ‘contact the eBay seller for a replacement or refund.’
After I sent an email, I got a response a few days later with the option of the refund or the T-Mobile sim. I chose the T-Mobile sim and received it a few days later.
Littlecube currently sells this T-Mobile sim for £19.99.
Funny enough, when I asked the person on the phone what his name was he said ‘Anson’. I later saw on eBay that ‘Anson’ as the name of the person who owns the Littlecube2010 account.

I was promised a refund 2 months ago but I get no answers to my emails.

ANSON LITTLE CUBE is a scammer.

Bought a Freedomtalk SIM on eBay from seller A1techstore. £19.99 6 Months 18GB

Service stopped after just over a month. eBay seller offered refund if SIM card was returned.

I procrastinated for over a month & did not return the SIM to seller. Nevertheless, I decided to see if the SIM worked before putting the SIM in the post. To my surprise, the service seems to be working (4 days now). I have not done anything, I just turned on my mifi and was able to connect to the internet.

I have just over 2 months & just over 13GB left of usage; we see if the service runs uninterrupted.

I too have been waiting patiently also for a refund since April and gave him the benefit of the doubt but as said he now doesn't respond to emails and am now no closer to getting a refund then I was back then and he still trades away on Ebay.

I'm glad I just disputed it with Ebay straight away.
  • My request for a refund from Little Cube, made via an eBay message on April 26, has produced no response and no refund, nor has a reminder sent the same way on June 14. It seems that the eBay/Paypal claims system won't let me pursue the issue at this point in time (original purchase date was February), so this seller is just sitting there with people's money and their original positive feedback feedback and no one gives much of a damn about it.

I started out trying to do things by the book (contacting the seller directly using the email address listed for the Paypal transaction), and effectively overshot the time limit for opening a formal dispute because I waited too long a response to tthat email (never got one). I have to say that I now see the posts on this forum giving the seller the benefit of the doubt as very unhelpful, and I am disappointed that the exposure this issue has received here has not led to some follow-up action by eBay.
