I was absolutely exhausted yesterday and didn't get a thing done apart from a couple of loads of washing and a small amount of Avon. I had absolutely no energy and ended up going to bed at about 8:30pm and was asleep before 10:00pm!
Felt a bit better today and actually spent 3 hours this afternoon weeding the garden - boy I am feeling it now though! I feel very tired and achy and I have got loads of scratches up my arms.
I need to make the dinner soon and then I really must do some ironing if I am going to have anything to wear for work tomorrow.
Also need to make something for tomorrow's lunch - perhaps a pasta salad.
I was going to do some cooking this weekend - things for my dinners - but I haven't got round to it again. OH got me some veggie sausages from Iceland on Saturday so I am O.K. for the moment.
No exciting news at the moment!
Bye for now!PigginSkint's debt free diary

Morning All!
Back at work today – boooo!!! I feel completely exhausted – don’t know what’s the matter with me! It doesn’t help that I have found muscles I didn’t know I had as result of my exertions in the garden yesterday afternoon!
I didn’t manage to do any ironing yesterday – luckily I still had a pair of work trousers and a couple of tops in the wardrobe. I also didn’t manage to do anything fancy like a pasta salad for my lunch – just a peanut butter sandwich for me today! Yum!
I haven’t got any Avon to do today, thank goodness! So once I get home I can just stay home!
OH starts the job at the care home today – hope he gets on O.K. He hasn’t yet told his brother about the other job, but not through want of trying – he has tried to phone him a few times over the past few days.
OH is also supposed to be mowing the lawn for me today – he was going to do it yesterday but then decided he would do it today instead. Hope he manages to find the circuit breaker because I couldn’t find it yesterday.
Right, today’s to-do list (not much on it because I am tired!):
· Go to Aldi on way home - need yoghurts
· Pick blackberries on the way home (I did this on a couple of days last week – there are some good bushes on the road that I walk along every day)
· Put clean washing away
· Unload and reload dishwasher (unless OH decides to do it for me!)
· Do some ironing (just some work clothes for the week)
· Make a pasta salad for tomorrow’s lunch
· Do some surveys
I think that’ll do – that’s just about manageable!
I suppose I had better do some work now.

I forgot to add:
- Pay rest of Avon money into bank account
- Update spreadsheet and work out when I am going to need a contribution from OH and how much, in order to pay all the bills!

 I am very angry with OH at the moment. I wouldn't want to be him when he gets home from work later on.
I got home about an hour ago and sat on the stairs leisurely opening my post - a couple of credit card bills, no surprise there, the phone bill and then a letter that I didn't recognise.
It was a letter from the Halifax re the credit card informing me that the cheque used to pay the bill was returned unpaid - this is the one that OH is responsible for paying.
So all his talk about 'sorting it' and 'talking to the bank about it' has come to nothing. The bill remains unpaid, will need to be paid soon (not long until the next one needs paying either) and I will get lumbered with a late payment fee.
Not best pleased does not begin to describe it!! :mad:PigginSkint's debt free diary

Hi All
I am still seriously fed- up with OH this morning, as you can probably imagine! It was perhaps lucky for him that it was 3 hours between me reading that letter and him coming home – I had gone from angry to upset! When I asked him about it he said that he was sure the bank would have honoured the cheque – oh, so he didn’t actually have the money then?! Grrr! I am really not happy because, as I explained to him (again!) this really has no impact financially on him – but it does on me because the debt is in my name. Also, I said, I have prided myself on the fact that even though I am in a lot of debt, I have never missed a payment.
Anyway, he has said that he will getting paid weekly in cash from the care home job, so he can sort it out at the end of next week. Not soon enough for my liking, but what can I do about it?! I did point out to him that if he does that, it won’t be long afterwards (a week to 10 days) that the next payment will be due.
Regulars to this diary may remember that not so long ago I gave OH a list of the household bills, to which I expect him to contribute half. Last night I wrote these out again on a piece of paper for him, together with the dates that each needs to be paid, so he knows when I need a contribution for each one. I have told him to write these dates in his diary – his diary is the one thing that he is fairly organised with!
I have calmed down since last night but I am still feeling a bit glum.
I will update on yesterday’s to-do list in a separate post and then think about a list for today.
