Travel costs and the dentist mainly! As I have already pointed out to him, if he cannot meet his expenses then there is something wrong!! This should hopefully focus his mind on earning some more money to pay his way.

I am veggie so don't eat bacon anyway and I don't eat many eggs. I mainly just use them for baking.

I bought half a dozen eggs on Friday evening and they were gone by yesterday evening. They are so expensive at the moment and I will only buy free range anyway.

Re the bacon - as I pointed out to him, we have a freezer full of sausages! Once they have gone then maybe, just maybe, I might consider buying more bacon!

Thanks so much for your post - I really appreciate it.

Re Avon - you are given your own territory which no-one else is allowed to intrude on, so you wouldn't be stepping on your neighbour's toes (she has her patch, you would have yours). The only effect it would have on your neighbour is loss of your custom - as you would be buying your own stuff rather than buying it from her.

    Hope this helps!
