You can't do anything until August.

Natwest has failed to supply the details.

They have not even acknowledged receipt of my request.

    What can I do now?

Any help is much appreciated :-)

    Has your cheque been cashed?

Also, I notice in your first post you talk about defaulting on a loan and it being passed to a collection agency?
You do realise that any potential redress would go to towards the outstanding money still owed?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

The loans in question have been paid in full via the collection agency.

No the cheque was not cashed.

    Thank you

    Yes, here's the template:

    Dear NatWest Bank,
I have not yet received my DSAR request. Please despatch it immediately.
    Or I'll report you.

    Hello,

Barclays have got back to me today and advised me that they feel I was not mis sold. Looks like a generic letter.

It says I can contact the ombudsman to appeal??

How does it go from here? As I'm lost .

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    Dean

If it's their full and final response, and they have included a leaflet or info about the Financial Ombudsman, then you can forward your claim to the Financial Ombudsman.
