Hey hun, how was the wedding??? Any piccies??? xxx

Oh no hun! Did they say why? :( xxx

Ooooh what kind of teaching are you looking into??? xxx

Yes, pictures please Lou!

Nope, but got another interview on Monday. However, i think they like their employees to be a size 0 and model-like beauties so i think it's going to be a waste of my time.

Primary teaching, I couldn't do secondary as my degree won't be in a core subject and I wouldn't want to teach stroppy teenagers anyway as I'd kill them.

How are things up in Lancashire anyway Jemma? You're doing an awful lot of catching up tonight :)

This group has already been a good luck charm - I went into work today to find I've been given a pay rise!! Not much, but every little helps... Between this and the higher tax allowance, that's £25 more a month! Drinks are on me!! (only because they're free mind)
:beer::beer:

:j:j:j That's superb news hun!!! xxx
Evening all,

Well i have had quite a productive day, Have finally listed a few bits of ebay and have put a claim in for mileage reabate and a washing my uniform rebate to the inland revenue, Don't know what i'll get for the uniform but should get almost £500 for the mileage :j
Well done on all the debtbusting, Looking forward to updating next week for the first time in ages due to using the dreaded CC when DH lost his job :o

And we look forward to seeing new totals! Oh and you've just reminded me that I've not posted my mileage reclaim...now where to find a stamp.... :rotfl:

Hi everyone, im still here lurking in the background. Well still no more debt busting to update on,
BUT i've done really well selling things on Ebay, so far i've managed to sell enough treasures to buy a brand new Kinect (for my sons 12th birthday this sunday) and some new bunk beds for him and his brother :j
im still on the hunt though, its amazing what people buy.

Hey hun, how is the dating going??? I'm well impressed with how much you've sold. I've got tonnes, literally ooodles of stuff that will sell but I absolutely HATE fleabay with a passion. I just think it's one of the most un-user friendly things on the tinterweb. I just keep putting it off but I think I just need to take the photos, photoshop them and then dedicate a FULL day to listing them so it's all done in one go... Seriously, I could probably fill a big transit van with things I could sell...

Well if that's the kind of place then I wouldn't fit in either! Besides, think of the b*tching that would go on... :(

My sister is just completing her NQT year after a 4 yr degree in Primary Teaching so if you need to know anything then just holler! p.s. I was going to train to be a secondary maths teacher until I did some volunteering and had teenagers fighting in class (full on headlock - I was trying not to seem too impressed with the technique used :rotfl:, trying to throw someones GCSE artwork out of the window, trying to pour pain in the computer tower and firing staples at each other...hmmmmmm think I'll stick to figures as I can manipulate them to my hearts content! :D

They're good thanks, just had a manic few days as it's been my grandma's birthday so I took the day off today and we went to Arley Hall in Cheshire (absolutely beautiful gardens and was really sunny:j) then we went to the Trafford Centre for lunch where my grandma gave me a bracelet I'd been looking at at Arley and she'd sneakily bought me :A and then we went to Accrington as I needed some more tubs from Poundland and found some at 3 for £2! :j Get in!!! Between the going out, work, gardening and M@tch.com then I'm struggling to keep up to be honest  I am being a very good girl though this weekend and am taking some clothes back (about £60) that I splurged on myself a couple of weeks ago but never wore nor took the tags off. That'll be another amount off my debt! hmmmmm I still need to work out exactly where I'm up to... :o

Luckily you all work in different places so wouldn't really see the others, and it's a job. But i'm not holding my breath.

I'm so annoyed, I was going to take some clothes back to a certain cheap shop but couldn't find the receipt. I only went and found it yesterday, a few days past 28 days! It was only £16, but that's still £16!!

I am so excited! I have 2 wii controller wrist bands in a kitchen drawer!:rotfl::rotfl: Have got 10 items on at the moment, 3 have bids. Got to get the camera out again tomorrow and list some more, it's just so addictive! Trouble is stopping myself making bids on stuff, aaaaaaaaaaaagh. Note I am trying to ignore the bra comment, la la la la la.:eek::eek:

Oooh Jemma, one of my best friends met her man on m@tch and they've been together for nearly a year. And he was only the 2nd guy she met thru them. Good luck :happyhear

There's hope for me yet then! Just wish I could validate my account... There is no contact details on their website so have had to email m@tchaffinity to see if they can help instead! I've had a look at some of the guys on there and have been pleasantly surprised with a few added to favourites for when I can properly access my account!
I met my beloved (most of the time) Mr S on POF. I did meet a lot of frogs first though! I have to say, I wasn't keen on meeting him, but the only reason I didn't cancel is because it was rude to cancel at such late notice. I apparently scared the bejeesus out of him by telling him he was rude :rotfl::rotfl: well, he was sitting waiting for his phone to go off while I was talking!! The second time we met up was the clincher though and after 15 months, I've just moved into his flat :) So, it could be the one you aren't sure about! Good luck Jemma!!

Awwwww that's such a sweet love story to tell your grandkids! :rotfl:
