Oh, :mad: I filled in my form and posted it sometime last week (4th April possibly). I wish they would train their staff so they are all giving consistent advice.

I have a pdf of page three but not the first two pages. Do you think they would accept an edited photocopy of the first two pages (used previously) with a new 'wet' signature and date?
