    well done pigpen - you amaze me, you really do. You're doing great..........

    I've done no more (said earlier that its all come to a stop due to the builder and OH not doing his bit in sorting our his side of the bedroom.

    So, nothing has gone out, but nothing has come in either..............:j

    HALF PRICE LISTING ON EBAY NEXT THURSDAY 29th

    BUT... you might like to read this first..

    you can no longer neg sh1tty buyers.. and you can't check out their feedback to see how bad they are before they bid.. I have loads of ebayers blocked from bidding onmy stuff due to bad deals.

    since ebay have done this ive had to do 3 npd disputes and will need to do a 4th on day 8

    sold something 2 days later got a message no longer going to pay as she had changed mind and brought something else

    grr to ebay for stopping the negging of bad buyers, i agree they needed to do something to stop retaliative feedback but now sellers are left with bad buyers who can now take the pee and not pay for an item as after all there is no way or warning other sellers

    retaliatory feedback works both ways... I bought something and it never arrived and it took 6 weeks to get the money back through a paypal disoute so I left neg.. then even though I had paid immediately and been more than reasonable the seller negged me. I've also left negative for a NPD after a bounced cheque and a non-existant postal order.. 5 weeks I waited for payment with numerous emails back and forth, all through ebay so they knew what was going on.. so I left neg.. so they did it back.. even though I had been more than reasonable and patient!!

    They should simply ban people who have more than 5% negs in 3 or 6 or 12 months... IMO.. and buyers who are banned from bidding on people auctions should be flagged at ebays end and they should watch them closely.

    BUT.. they have a phone line for assistance now which is an improvement!

    Have one bid and a watcher on two more items. Out of 20 items. Not bad since last night. Obviously people were bored with the bad bank holiday weather ;)

    Just debating whether to sell some of my art stuff - never seem to have time to do any of it and have lots of untouched watercolours and paper/pads etc..... just not sure if I'd regret any of it or not.... or if the bit of money and extra space in the cupboard would make up for it anyway :confused:

    can I join in when i get back from hols?

    I have 5 bridesmaids dresses to sell (i'm a popular choice for bridesmaid you know ;) ) plus some dvds, which i'll probably amazon, and a bundle of other stuff. It's all in a pile in the spare room and it's getting on our nerves. I would love to make enough for a new sofa bed for in there.

    My main worry is over the dispatching, I used to work from home so it was easy, now I commute and am never home when the PO is open...guess I need to investigate post offices near work.

    Yay! - a great big OUT!! - the cotbed, and two big bags of bedding etc, have just left the house :D

    IN!! - the cost of two days out over the summer :D


    Just the play table to go and that's all the big stuff from the house - just the carbootable bits left (just she says :eek:)
