The first store was in b*ry I don't go there a lot but very glad I went over tonite and 2nd was my local r0chdal3 store and they were selling them all along I'd just not looked properly but everyone was saying check near fresh soups and there they were none of the tikka masala though in either store:beer:We are many we are one xxx
So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.0 -

Have spent the day with FIL, and im pleased (pleased may sound strange to some of you but thats exactly how i feel) to say that he passed away peacefully this afternoon, i had been with him for most of the day, his brother and an old friend from when he was at school had come to visit him but he was sleeping for most of the time, i did get a few smiles out of him but mostly he slept. I left him to go and pick OH up from work so he could see him and before i had got back he had gone and passed away. I was only saying to OH last night that i wished he could just fall asleep and go that way. He wasn't in any pain at all today which was lovely and im so happy that there was no pain come the end.
So RIP Michael you were a pain in the !!! at times but a lovely man who i don't think anybody anywhere would have had a bad word to say about. Sweet Dreams xxx
West is best - have read your pm and will hopefully get in the post tonight when i take the little man out for a walk.
My deepest sympathies to you and your family. I'm glad his last day was pain free xxxSPC #329 £471/£500 banked

bensonsmum I so feel for you, it really is a blessing when that time comes. I remember feeling really angry that my Dad had to keep suffering for so long and the relief was immense when he did go, it was the strangest feeling.
I had been greiving for him for 5 years before he left us.
My thoughts are with you and yours in the coming days and weeks.Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -

I always have hot chocolate and either crisps or a mars bar after - they have really improved the selection of goodies to choose from. I started being a donor when I worked in the Civil Service but now I have to go in my own time. For some odd reason, I always feel better health wise when I've donated and have a better night's sleep.
I also try to encourage other people to donate as there's always a short supply.
Next week I give my 23rd pint of blood :T
I have had a 2 year break while I was pregnant and the 9 months after that you can't give blood.:oI love to help people by sharing my bargains:o0 -
