SW weigh in tonight, 1/2 lb lost in a fortnight, and I am really happy with that, I have had 4 treasure eggs, 1 Green and Blacks egg & one smarties egg, 6 bottles of wine, and was out for a lavish meal and muchos alcoholic beverages inc creamy cocktails.
This diet really does work : )
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.

I'm really proud of myself as, in January, I gave my 25th pint. I always have hot chocolate and either crisps or a mars bar after - they have really improved the selection of goodies to choose from. I started being a donor when I worked in the Civil Service but now I have to go in my own time. For some odd reason, I always feel better health wise when I've donated and have a better night's sleep.

I also try to encourage other people to donate as there's always a short supply.

I'd love to give again , last time we went they wouldn't accept my blood as I was unsure if I received any blood transfusions when I was admitted to Chepstow Burns Unit .
I can't remember having one but then again I forget a lot of things .

Better safe than sorry I say .
I was young once , now I get older all the time .

    Do you live near Braml3y?:)
We are many we are one xxx

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

Evening all, a fed up Lala today until QPr arrived;):T
Went to see the consultant and no driving for another few weeks:eek::eek::eek::eek:or until I can hold a cup of tea! Going to start physio now though so thats something. He had to take out more stitches that the doctor should have done and that had been in over 3 weeks so it hurt a bit when he did that:(:( Never mind I'll just have to be a bit more patient, it's just that I'm so used to being able to nip here, there and everywhere that I think I'm beginning to get cabin fever;)Anyway Qpranger popped in for a cup of tea and took me and Nannylala to T's and we got a few good bargains and more Simply Add(Got to love that glitch)
Hope everyones ok, just going back to catch up now:)

practice with a large glass of wine
