SW weigh in tonight, 1/2 lb lost in a fortnight, and I am really happy with that, I have had 4 treasure eggs, 1 Green and Blacks egg & one smarties egg, 6 bottles of wine, and was out for a lavish meal and muchos alcoholic beverages inc creamy cocktails.
This diet really does work : )

I started being a donor when I worked in the Civil Service but now I have to go in my own time. I also try to encourage other people to donate as there's always a short supply.

I'd love to give again , last time we went they wouldn't accept my blood as I was unsure if I received any blood transfusions when I was admitted to Chepstow Burns Unit .
I can't remember having one but then again I forget a lot of things .
