Evening again!
So we had steak pie with roasties, roasted carrots, broccoli, sweetcorn and onion gravy tonight.
The finished article:
I wish I could say that I made the black forest gateau...but I didn't.
Plenty of leftovers for tomorrow.
All the above was free courtesy of whoopsied items/multibuy offers/giftcards from firing nasty emails to tesco re: price check. :rotfl::grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

The Telegraph 7th April 2012:
Mr Clarke is eight days away from the most significant presentation of his career. He will use Tesco’s full-year results next week to explain to the market how he is going to revamp the British business.
If there are going to be changes that affect us then it looks like we will know very soon...
Just had a read at the article, very interesting.
"Since taking over from Sir Terry Leahy last year and seeing the abrupt move of Tesco’s UK chief executive, Richard Brasher, last month, Mr Clarke has been on a mission. Along with a small band of executives, he has been touring the country visiting not only his shops but also those of his rivals. During one Morrisons trip he chatted to the meat counter manager to test the levels of service"
Well he's been to Morrisons to study the meat, I really hope he has been into Waitrose and studied the customer service and see just how it should be done!0 -

My mum has gotten progressively worse since Wednesday.
She is extremely paranoid, is trying to leave all the time, refusing help, imagining and seeing things. It's so upsetting for Dad
I just don't want it to be a permanent state of mind
A no spend day for me again
Leftover sausage casserole for us n dad.
Gotta MOT the car tomorrow so just hope it's not going to sting!
Let's hope the new week brings a new glitch...
Hi JJ , a cousin of mine had an op , for Crohns i think , she was very disorientated and confused for a few days later .
She left her bed dragging the drip behind her and took various lifts and walkways throughout the hospital , she ended up someplace she shouldn't have been , close to the roof if my memory is correct .
She''s fine now .I was young once , now I get older all the time .0 -
