For those resubmitting the receipt details, I doubt that resubmitting ad nauseum will change the outcome, I've tried it before. Have you tried to input the time 12 hours out? If the time on your receipt says 9.15, put in 21.15 etc. I'm sure many of you have done this before, but I just thought I'd remind you because whenever I've had receipt not found I've only ever got the jtd back by changing either the time by 12 hours or by a minute. Only do this one at a time or it seems to confuse the system, so maybe try 12 hours first and if no luck try the minute out iykwim.
I'm another who is loathe to try another jtd shop until I know that the Pricecheck site is up and running again. ( but maybe that's what they want:think:)

This is the message I got last night

We're really sorry. Unfortunately we cannot locate your receipt details on this occasion in order to price check your shopping. This problem only affects a small number of customer shops, and we’re really sorry that this has happened to you.
Please accept our apologies, and hopefully you will be able to check your next shop at Tesco.

So they are not even asking me to resubmit them, they are saying that's it.

Is that the message everyone else has been getting?

That is strange, the message used to mention resubmitting. Are we seeing the end of JTD??:(

That's what I was thinking. If T's didn't capture the info from Asda on the relevant days then there's no amount of inputting will get a result :(

Their is loads of stuff on google about it (Apple Cider Vinegar IBS) I just came across it by accident. I have been taking 2 teaspoons in a big glass of water for a while before I eat a meal. Then I've cut out all caffeine and fizzydrinks and have really seen a difference. DH is really pleased as no more windypops from me:o:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:(I know too much info, sorry) And my tummy always used to gurgle constantly but thats stopped too, along with other improvements;)

:) Thanks Lala, well worth noting :)
Fourp managed his IBS with Psyllium Husk.
Looks a bit like wholemeal. You mix up a spoonful with water & drink it quickly before it becomes jelly like :p
Drink it 20 minutes before eating as it coats your stomach lining, thus making it easier for food to go through & not irritate :) HTH

    First I got this email

Thank you for using Tesco Price Check.
Sorry, unfortunately we have been unable to find your receipt details, so we cannot show you price check results for your shopping. Please try re-entering your receipt details and we will try again to find them.

And them after doing so I got this one.

Now to me that's a final email, basically we can't find them so you're getting nothing...

I've said it a couple of times but I really do think we are seeing the end of it.

But there must be more to this. I submitted a Monday 9th receipt that day, and eventually got my jtd through on Friday. I still haven't got the email, but after resubmitting up popped the voucher!
Others' monday shops have had not found emails back, but mine (and others') says that info was collected on Monday.

I would think that at least half of us have had the "receipt not found" email in the past, and have successfully got their jtd by changing the time. This means that the receipt details ARE there but during the first search the PriceCheck machine/ person couldn't be @rsed looking properly cos lo and behold it was there all the time, it/he just needed to look harder ;).

This suggests that the error is in the submitting/searching rather than the daily info gathering, so I'd certainly try resubmitting:cool:.

A brilliant story - i burst out laughing reading this Lindos. At least your OH didn't start shouting your name to come and "talk" to your friend...

Yes, allsorts of senarios were going through my mind, like if he shouted 'are you out the bath yet?' and he got no response, then he would try and find me, and the longer I hid the worse it would be etc. Quite a farce really!:rotfl:

I only posted it up here because I dont think that she is an MSEr at all...I would just die of embarrassment if she found out:o

Or even worse, he could have invited her into the garage to show her my 'stash' of cranberry juice, shreddies, soup and 1p items :eek::o
