We had a hard frost last night, so still cold but beautiful sunshine and clear skies now (sorry!) !

That conjures up a lovely image :) better than the view out the window.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

It is gorgeous :) When I got up this morning the house was bathed in light, from the rising sun, but also, house behind me is higher up, so we were also getting the sun reflected off their windows!

    Wonderful!

Oh, and there was several photo shots yesterday going to work, but as usual, no camera!!

Wondering why I'm ironing DS's clothes, as he never irons them whilst he's away! anim_59.gif

    Good Morning Everybody!!

No lie in for us here- Baby Grohl was wide awake at 7am so have been up and been busy! Thank god for coffee though as I am feeling a little bit thirsty after nailing that wine last night!! Haha!
I have just had a shower, cleaned the bathroom, swept and mopped downstairs and am now getting ready for a morning of shopping and an afternoon at the farm!
    Enjoy your day guys!xx

also was at cs getting some points added and let a couple go in front of me, who were querying the knife offer discount hadn't come off, sa said sorry will refund you n resell it to you, while she was gone told em they should get dtd, at no point when she got back did she mention dtd.
then the man said this lady, said we should get dtd back omg talk about making your self known.
any way the couple walked away with a dtd for £24 well pleased also told em to check all receipts for misprices and to pricecheck em too.

I had that same problem on my very first DTD :eek::eek:

It was by chance and only a few days after I'd started reading this forum, still a lurker then! Man in front of me at checkout had been overcharged on some mayonnaise by double the price :T SA went off to check and I told him about DTD so off he goes to CS.

I went back and bought 4 of them...hardly subtle I know! when I went to CS the SA was processing it and I said "sorry about this lol" and she said "don't worry, the man said you would be coming over":eek::eek:

DTD no question but made me think twice about helping someone!

Go to Aberdeen on a dull and overcast day and it is the most depressing place, when bathed in full sunlight the granite glistens and the place is transformed. Amazing what a bit of sunshine can do.

Typical. Always the case. Dread to think how many pic I have missed out on....but the memories...

Good morning all - it is bright sun here with frost on the grass. Took the dog for her morning walk by myself this morning was a little scared that she would pull and jiggle my back again but she was as good as gold. It was great getting out and about when everyone else was tucked up in bed, had porridge again for breakfast and caught up on here with a lovely cuppa - the others are stirring in the house now so guess the peace and quiet won't last for much longer

    Have a great day
