Tell her not to worry about the belly button. My wee one was exactly the same it was. Like a cabbage patch dolls belly button. People told me all sorts of old wives tales like tape a 2p coin over it. Few years later and she has a perfectly normal inny. When she had t shirts on you used to be able to see it but hey presto left well alone didn't make a fuss and now it's perfect.:)
Thanks for this Maz. I know she was worrying about it so I'll pass on your message :AMy husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

They are lovely aren't they!!
A couple of weeks ago I had my two grandsons in the car and we were playing a guessing game of "Animals beginning with..."
His turn was an animal beginning with F....but as he's only 4 we use the phonetic alphabet so it was a fff rather than an eff.
We couldn't get it so had to "give in". He was nearly beside himself with excitement....."Frocadile"!!! he struggles with saying his cr's :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Although my 2.5 yrs old DS insisted on chasing me round the house this morning with a "beetle"... (it's a horrid beetle in a glass case, paperweight style thing and OH & DS think it's hilarious to catch me).Tiger

Quite agree with that. It's amazing some of the stuff they come out with. It took me just over 6 months to get a fine squashed. It was 'for the late filing of a CIS return'. I sent them a copy of my submission receipt (ALWAYS keep a copy), clearly showing the date it was submitted - 10 days BEFORE it was due. They argued that they had not received it! I replied that I can only get a submission receipt if I've submitted the return. They replied 'How do we know what it is for?'. I replied because it says
Contractor name:*****
EmployersReference:***/*****
This is your submission receipt.
The CIS monthly return for January **** was successfully submitted to HM Revenue& Customs at 12:15 GMT on 9 January ****Your submission receipt reference number is:
3*R5************************
The submission receipt reference number is a unique identification code that is calculated from the entire contents of your CIS monthly return or verification request. It will have changed every time you amended your return/verification request prior to submission and will have been included on every printed copy of the completed return and /or verification request.
We strongly advise you store this on your computer.
It still took another couple of letters before they wrote and said that they had considered my appeal and decided that, on this occasion, they would reverse their decision on the fine.
We had exactly the same problem at work about a year ago with them saying we hadn't submitted a CIS return on time, even though we sent them a copy of our email submission with the appeal letter. I think they just send out standard letters in response to your appeal and hope they wear you down in the end and pay the fine. It took us several months and phone calls to sort it out.0 -
The black clouds have won and it's now pouring down here - at least I can put the idea of any further gardening out of my head for now. Time for breakfast and entertain the pup who is eating DH's slipper.
I'll catch you all later.
Take care. xxx0 -

I had my eye on this too - offers all expired yesterday so ood sel DTD possibility as they seem to be out of sync with the other wine offers.
Hardy's Stamp Rose 75Cl Half Price Was £7.99 Now £3.99
Hardy's Stamp Semillon Chardonnay 75Cl Half Price Was £7.99 Now £3.99
Hardy's Stamp Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 75Cl Half Price Was £7.99 Now £3.99
Also Baileys offer expired yesterday
Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur 1 Litre Price Drop Was £21.00 Now £12.00
And finally on the booze front, any of the beer/lager/cider packs labelled at £7.50 will probably be ood sel (expired yesterday) as these are now £11-£12 each and 2 for £17, so chance for very cheap beer .....0 -

Still haven't got a clue what to wear, it has to be a dress! I don't do dresses except very rae occasions.0
