Evening all
Just about to catch up. still no price check emails0 -
I bought a jacket for my DH yesterday in Mr T costing £26 (thank you Fudge_Cake for the idea) along with my other shopping and used a £5 off £40 shop and also a £5 off £25 spend on clothing. Unfortunately the jacket didn't fit so I returned it later and received a full refund of £26. I thought the SA was going to ask me if I'd used a voucher as she looked closely at the coupons used on the receipt, but she just processed the refund without asking (I would have owned up if she'd asked). I don't think I'll bother doing it again though as it was quite nerve wrecking and the next SA may be more vigilant.0

I met up with the lovely Tinyshoes this afternoon, for a chat and some T's shopping. Tiny is not only lovely and generous, but a supershopper, I would never have found the bargains myself!
We found large roasting tins for 37p, and I got 2 packs of whoopsied lamb and 1 of salmon, and the multi-buy kicked in, making the 3 packs £4.
Then at the 2nd store they had value penne for 15p, and I used a £1 Flash coupon on a 50p bottle of Flash!0 -
Evening all.
Went to Morrisons about 8pm, loads of large cartons of cream reduced to 15p! (Sadly all single cream, and Im sure it was discussed on here that it needs to be double to make butter?)
The single and double large pots are on offer at £1, so they have LOADS extra on the shelves, so it might be worth keeping a lookout in case they overestimate how many will sell, there maybe more than usual being woopsied!;)
Did find a long reciept in the bin outside, (practicing my bin technique for a proper Mr T womble) It was for £120!! I dont even spend that at Christmas!!!
Popped back to CS for the Disney cards!:T0 -

Wet Wombled Receipts
I did a bit of wombling in Mr A's carpark yesterday and I'm sure you'll all remember what a wet and windy day it was. I managed to obtain several receipts that people had left in their trolleys. Some people had left them neatly in the trolley ie not screwed up and others had crumpled them up. I got £2.13 on one receipt and £1.17 on another. The receipt for the £2.13 voucher doesn't look too clever as it had been screwed up. Have any of my fellow womblers tried ironing a receipt? If so, was it successful as I think I'll be too embarrassed to use it in its present state.
One of my receipts was huge and for nearly £180 - I was so excited thinking it was going to be a winner but it only compared half of the shopping and it said Mr A was £20 cheaper than the nearest competitor. I'm sure they're very selective about what they compare.0
