Well I've just had a cancellation e-mail from Ocado saying they couldn't verify my bank details, what a load of tosh! I paid with my T's CC which I've used all over the place and never had a problem, so I called them up and asked what was going on, now waiting on a call-back, really irritating!!

My mother once took a pair of sandles back as they started coming apart after a couple of wears, manager examined them thoroughly and said "Oh I see,I know what you've been doing...you've been wearing them on the beach!" to which my mother raised her voice for everyone to hear and very dramatically said "oh my gosh, how silly of me,sandles on the beach! I should have realised you can't wear sandles on the beach! and promptly held her hand out for a refund :rotfl:

:eek::eek: Guys has anyone ever complained to M's HO about a product?!!!! I've just cut myself a slice of their choc b'day cake I bought tonight and it tastes like it was baked with a bottle of nailvarnish remover :eek::eek:

If it was stale then fair enough but it could be pretty serious, I've got no idea what it is but it's sooooo strong  (And normally nothing will stop me eating choc cake! :p)

Good god I would take it back this minute AND write to HO AND to food standards!!!

This is our lunch that the kids helped to make. A lovely home made soup made with 1.5 Kilos of sun ripened vine tomatoes that were whoopsied at 20p last night! There was so much juice released that we didn't have to add liquid.
We just added a couple of celery sticks, carrot, onions, bouillon, salt n pepper and parmesan grated on the top when served.
Gotta love a good whoopsie :D

Curry a la whoopsied veggies for tea.... :)

Don't get me started on Clarks shoes. 9 months it took to break them in and they chewed up my feet/heels something terrible. By the time the uppers had worn in the soles were worn out.:mad:
Ahh not just me then. Tried to break-in a pair last month and the heels on my feet were

I've just been to CS to try and get a reprint of a receipt (I genuinely lost it and it relates to a £4 JTD). CS said they can only reprint 2 a receipt if it's from the last couple of days and can only add CC points on within 2 weeks. Although tbh, they say anything so I still can't tell you if it's true or not... we all know they make up the answers as they go along!:rotfl:

Thank you tigerwhite. I think it's 2 weeks to claim points. Never mind. Can't miss what you didn't have in the beginning!

OMG Ocado just rang me back and they want me to fax or e-mail them a utility bill as proof of address - what?! It's a grocery order !!!!!! and my card and my Ocado account are registered to the same address!

I said I don't have a scanner or fax and all my bills are paper copy apart from credit card bills which I'm not prepared to send for obvious privacy and security reasons (I enjoyed saying that! :D)

I was put on hold again and then she said I could post a copy of the utility bill!

I said I'd leave it because seriously, I can't believe how much hassle they're giving me over an online order, I have never had to do this for any other company! I asked to speak to a supervisor because I want an explanation as to why they can't just put the order through, one's calling me back, I'll be interested to hear the reasoning!

I was once told by clarkes that the reason my sons shoes broke were that he wa playing football in them at lunchtime! I asked what he wa meant to wear in the playground and they said plimsolls!

To the sniggers of customers I sais let me just get this straight the school shoes are for wearing when he is in the lass room but not to walk or run in

    Cue manager and refund!

Oh they do come out with some whoppers don't they? Bit of a shame that we're all ready to shoot them down in flames :rotfl:
