If it was stale then fair enough but it could be pretty serious, I've got no idea what it is but it's sooooo strong  (And normally nothing will stop me eating choc cake! ) )
Urrghh - sounds disgusting - I would send an email, or if poss, take it to the shop itself. I haven't ever done this with Ms but have taken rotting lamb back to Ts. It was in the old days before I met all of you (:heartsmil), and I think they just gave me the cost back. For the first time in ages I recently emailed a complaint; to McCoys, as I opened a multi-pack of crisps to find loads of loose crisps in the bag - two packs were open at the bottom  I wasn't angling for anything, just venting frustration as it is the only flavour the visiting kiddies would eat, but I was sent £4 voucher - so v happy.
Now, my DD's school shoes, bought from Clarks in Sept are splitting - the thread is unravelling between the laces and the front of the shoe, on both the left and the right. I am not impressed, so am thiiking of sending an email with a photo. Surely they should be strong enough to last more than 7 months? (In fact they started to come apart months ago so should have done it then!) What d'you all think?0

Worth a go,you have nothing to lose
My mother once took a pair of sandles back as they started coming apart after a couple of wears, manager examined them thoroughly and said "Oh I see,I know what you've been doing...you've been wearing them on the beach!" to which my mother raised her voice for everyone to hear and very dramatically said "oh my gosh, how silly of me,sandles on the beach! I should have realised you can't wear sandles on the beach! and promptly held her hand out for a refund :rotfl:0

Are you sure which store you will get the delivery from?
If your local store doesn't stock the value items how will you be able to order them?
 It's only a game

Hi just check it's your local store that does deliveries. I did this once and the deliveries for my area came from a store 10 miles away there are 3 closer. Good luck though will be waiting to see what substitutions come.My proposed shopping for delivery
