Thank you. :) Yes, weather was much better than anticipated. Pretty wet Friday but mostly dry for the rest. Only real problem was visibility - poor on the tops other than patches on Saturday, and on Sunday was down to just 500ft :( But it is such a beautiful place even in these conditions and fantastic atmosphere - you can soak it up by just being there :).

    oh so true!!

I'm actually wide awake, which is odd for me after not much sleep, but the body can be very weird can't it?

It's sod's law as I needed to sleep for a nice long while so I'd only be up for an hour before my fasting blood test, I've been up since 4:30am and have another 2.5 hours to go, I'm frickin' starving!! :(

Oh poop !!! you've just reminded me that i was suspose to take my old lady to have her bloods done this morning for her diabetes check, but totally forgot and she is still asleep now:eek::eek::eek:

    Morning everyone :D
hope you had a nice easter. The sun is shining today and I'm wondering what lovely OOD SEL's are going to still be on today. Didn't the sun cream and the dishwasher tablets promos end yesterday?

Off out now, bargain hunting in charity shops, followed by detour to T's :)

My Co-op closed at the weekend, so no more whoopsies from there :(

Was hoping for price check emails, but still not through :(

    Have a good day everyone

On the top of each Asda receipts is a link to a customer survey. Each time you shop do the survey, its a prize draw.

I did this last week after I'd had a bad experience with a till boy. I think he must have been Tesco trained as he examined every single word on my MOCs and also my APGs - literally every single one. He iniitally rejected my persil MOC but I did point out that it did not state wether you had to buy powder, liquid or capsules etc.

In the meantime the queue was building up and he carried on scrutinising the mocs, ignoring me, no eye contact or apology to me or the queue, rude

In the end he called the till supervisor and we had another wait for her and she authorised everything. Everything was correct anyway, all in date and things I'd bought etc

Then when I got home I realised that he had inputted my orange juice MOCS incorrectly. These were ones I'd won in a twitter comp, the manufactuer had sent me 3 MOCs with the value clearly written on large letters back and front. The boy had decided to ignore this and keyed in £1.??? instead ????

So having completed the survey I thought i would also email cs as I had all of the details, dates, times, names etc and I got a nice reply today and a gift card is en route :T
