    Well folks, I did it. I bought my i-phone :j:j:j

    I managed to do my SIM card all by myself :T and it all works lovely and fine

    And its mostly thanks to you lot for me being able to afford to buy it outright...if i hadnt found you, i'd still be spending £30-£40 a week on grocery shopping rather than the £30-£40 a month I'm spending now

    So what (free!) apps are good for MSE'ing then?

    i'm gonna be getting an iphone too! ive opened my new ISA account for this year and the amount of savings ive made since joining MSE have been unbelieveable! so that should help pay for my iphone. and it's all thanks to MSE community and this thread.

    :eek::D;):);):D:eek:

    if you want to some cheap/free apps then visit this website: http://appshopper.com/

    you can narrow down searches to free apps. :D

    by the way, the tesco app is rubbish....don't download it. :rotfl:

    Does anyone know where info on the meal deal mentioned on the tesco misprices thread can be found on line - the one where you get the ingredients for 5 pound?

  • Well, have caught up on today at least and should be able to stay on top as hubbies back to work tomorrow so can make my hourly visits more easily without him thinking I'm a bit obsessed :rotfl:

    Congratulations Kadison and Sharon on your weight losses with SW :j. I am a WW fan myself. Have lost weight a few times with them - before DD, after DD, and am 2 stone 5lb off after DS so far:). I am cheating a bit tho and not forking out for meetings/online, just got a mate to grab me the booklets and have been going it alone to save the pennies. Not too bad as I've done it before I guess. I do agree with Kadison tho, they are always changing the plans which is annoying and can be expensive if you buy all the scales etc as well. I got mine a bit cheaper from eBay to save costs ;).

    Really like the duvet set that Nannylala posted and thought price was good for kingsize too but not available :(

    Tried to watch the vid on professional shoppers but needed to upload another version of the player so couldn't be bothered tonight. Anyone else notice the report was by Julia Caesar :rotfl:Made me smile anyway!

    Also last week they had clipstrips of lindt eggs down almost every aisle, walk round today and there are none:eek: what have they done with them? i was looking forward to waiting and getting those for 1p.
    I don't give up on these- today I saw an OOD SEL - 2for£2, otherwise regular price £1.5. So I took them to the SS and ...they scanned at £0.75 each:D Will wait for them

    Overall shopping with Mr.Ts was very exciting experience :cool: Finally I've managed to catch the perfect time for the whoopsies, so I stocked up on cherry tomatoes, bananas, potatoes, apples ( now flowers, though:( ). They had plenty of Mars bags RTC £0.70, Corma Organic Sauce - £0.39, so took them away.
    No major wombles to be reported.

    Miss Laid,
    Pure genius your OH - that's what he is:rotfl::T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::D
