My journey to Mortgage-freedom

Good Morning fellow MFWs,
Not much to report on the OP front. In my priority list, mortgage payment comes second in the list after our sons' educational expenses. So, it's only fair that it takes a back seat at the start of the new academic year. Still, I have made a teeny-weeny OP from the money saved from fleabay sales, vouchers, surveys and leftovers from the grocery budget - not counting that though.
Have a good day, everyoneMortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

Ooh how do you get the freebies via O2?
Well done for fleabay!0 -
If you have an O2 SIM on your smartphone, use the O2 Priority Moments App. Else, go to their website for the goodies. But there are only a few available on their website as opposed to the App. which has more.Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

Good morning fellow MFWs,
I have had a string of NSDs and freezer surprises throughout the week. It can't go on forever. I will be replenishing my supplies during my YS/bargain hunt tonight. The £25 MrT giftcard which I received for taking up T@lkT@lk will definitely help. Will be trying to limit my spending to that amount.

Good luck with your YS mission. I've been eating out of the cupboards/freezer since April and I'm almost completely out of food. Need to get back to YS bargains0

I have done another lot of batch cooking today. So, will spend less time in the kitchen during the weekdays. I was able to limit my yesterday's grocery shopping to the budget. Not much YS bargains, but replenished the cleaning cupboard taking advantage of the APG glitch. I am off now to set my target for next MFiT stage.
Recently we switched gas and electricity. So, our final bill from the previous supplier has come - £130 refund coming my way. Also, the new monthly DD has reduced by almost 25%. :jMortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74
