Being FLW on fleabay, I have listed a few things. Fingers crossed for bids.
I have also taken new @@ breakdown cover through TCB. It comes with 6 months free home emergency cover - must remember to cancel before the 6months are up. My car has started sounding a bit odd - have to take it to the mechanic to take a look at it. Hope it won't cost too much.
I am keeping away from the shops this weekend - hoping to make a dent in the overfilled freezer and cupboards.
Have a good day everyone
Added: Parts of the exhaust system had to be changed - cost me £100. :eek:Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

Work is getting hectic and there is very little time to browse through other MFW diaries ATM. I have made £2K OP this month towards our mortgage. I just can't wait to be rid of this mortgage. Well another 5 more years!

I think there must be something in the water as a few of us are talking about work being manic. I am dreaming about writing my post to say 'we've done it' :T:T.

The weather has improved, so I could do a bit of gardening today. So far this month, I haven't gone shopping - 4 NSDs racked up. But I did make it to the M&$ final reductions and bought some stuff for my extremely thin DS2. None of the regular sizes fit him - but, was lucky to find some super slim-fit amongst the dregs of the sale. Paid with reward vouchers though, so the NSD spree continues :-)
I have gone through all the accounts and collected a tidy sum towards mortgage OP. I'll be transferring that money tonight and then start counting towards the next payday.Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

I haven't posted during the last few days due to me catching up with all the pending work which I had put aside to watch the Olympics. Now I am having Olympics withdrawal syndrome.
Had a slight respite from not having to pay school fees this month. So that amount has gone as OP into the mortgage account. Well, the DDs will start at the end of this month, so no more such hefty OPs. With that OP, current outstanding debt is £115K. I am hoping to be in the 5-figure range by the end of this year.Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

Good morning
,
After 4 consecutive NSDs, yesterday it was over. Had a few vouchers from MrT, so went ahead and bought B@Q giftcards (150 extra CC points when you buy £50 worth) so that I can spend during the weekend. In case you are not aware, if you register for their new B@Q club card, they are giving 20% off this weekend. So quite :money:Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

Morning all,
It is grey skies here in the NW. Doesn't matter - after all it is Friday.
Another NSD yesterday - was quite tempted to take advantage of the B0dysh0p glitch. But then I have so much of BS stuff from free MOCs given out in early March.
I have converted my Tesc0 CC vouchers to @vios miles to take advantage of the 50% bonus miles and also registered with bmi for free 1K avios. All these will go into making next year's holidays/flights cheaper.
Now, counting down the days until DS2's GCSE results are published.Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

Had a bargainous shop on Sunday at MrM. I spent only £8 for a week's worth of F&V and 2 large chickens (2kg each). So have racked up 3 NSDs so far. Also I have redeemed from mysurvey and spuds. So all goes into Fujitsu, my OP pig.
I am much more tensed up than DS2 about tomorrow's GCSE results. Bring 'em on.Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74
