    My to-do list:

    1. OP into mortgage-2 ONGOING - £1150 so far.
    2. Declutter the freezer - nothing in, gammon out
    3. Look whether moving to a different energy provider brings some cashback to boost the OP - see whether CoOp offer is good.
    4. added bank account details to the household diary
    5. Fruit bowl is empty - replenish it.
    6. Declutter one shelf (of the wardrobe in DSs' rooms) atleast - then, may be by the end of Jan, there will be space to put in the ironed clothes. Started yesterday and found unused shirts still in their original packaging, so moved them to the top of pile so that it will get used sooner.
    7. Missed out on (free) listing some more things on fleabay as was too tired last night. Wait for next FL weekend.
    8. Take the coin box to B@rclays to be paid into the current account/MOP.
    9. Look at the S&S portfolio to see whether any reshuffling needed.
    Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

A week has passed since I posted last :( One of my NY resolutions is to find time to come to MFW thread often. So, should come more often.

My to-do list is going longer and longer as I am continually adding items to the list; must be an indicator that I want to be rid of my mortgages at the earliest. No chance of that ;) unless I get a PB win. You have to be in it to win; so I opened my first and only PB account today with a modest deposit of £100 :) Seeing all green in my S&S portfolio, I was tempted to cash in on one of them, but restrained myself. Only last week did I do the reshuffle :D Note to myself: it is an ISA, not a trading account.

That's the spirit - don't cash in until they're all green and higher than your mortgage balance :D

No chance of my S&S reaching my mortgage balance in the near/medium/long term; unless the shares I hold go 100x :) I have only started building my S&S stash since May/June last and I intend to open a SIPP this year (to position myself to take advantage of the relief & recent announcements on lump sum), so no more funding the ISA this financial year.

Delurking after a prolonged absence. Good news is that I have added quite a bit to the OP kitty. Bad news is that I seem to be gaining lbs at an alarming rate.
