    Hi will

I'm currently waiting on fso forms as they said I still have a case especially as mbna have provided no proof. You could either ask mbna to review or go direct to the fso.

    hi,

They have not sent me a new card - is this because i am claiming ppi

In my view my case is pretty straight forward - Halifax with the same circumstances settled over a week ago. But MBNA just seem to be dragging there feet.
I had two letters in two days from two different people. One letter saying We have insufficient information please fill in the FOS questionaire and another saying the investigation is taking a little longer than expected expect a reply by the 19th April 12. The two letters dont make sense to me? If there is insufficient information how can the investigation be taking longer?

I had exactly the same letters, been on phone to someone today who said they will respond by 5pm on the last day of the 8 week deadline....
So expecting to have to go to FSO
