Don't use this company. Their attitude stinks and their service is abismal. I ordered a printer which initially quoted free fast delivery but then the goalposts moved completely when completing the order to a 21 day delivery! Amazingly they failed to make 21 days even although they did find time to phone me twice during this time to try and sell me rapid delivery at extra charge. I gave them another chance but surprise surprise they failed yet again. They asked for another chance but i'd had enough and lost all faith so asked to cancel the order. This was done and a promise of swift refund to my card was given. A month later now I still haven't been refunded and am still chasing this. They are completely incompetent, steer well clear.

WAE+ have contacted us and stated that they believe all refunds owed have now been made. They accept at the time this post was made, a refund was not issued.

What should I be requesting since they caused, further ill health, and the email ridiculing me to their peers? Inadvertently sent to me, about me?

I have been unable to test my TV, since the missing power adapter arrived after I have been admitted to hospital. Fingers crossed I go home at the weekend.
  • purchased external drive (over £300) waited 2 weeks for delivery no reply to emails and can't get through on phone. Cancelled the order but still no refund. 1 month on and countless answered emails and calls have been sent an email stating technical difficulties mean they are unable to refund money and that I should pursue a credit card chargeback! So hopefully get my money back through my credit card but still alot of hassle - this company appears to be a bunch of crooks.
  • Their email system keeps asking me to review them on FEEFO and others, once home I shall complete these, detailing every minute of my experience.

Hope WAE doesn't ruin too many Christmases for its unhappy customers.

    Wishing all the very best.
  • hi new to the forum. i to have been coned by the not so famous WAE+ on moday i saw a 3d tv for £371.25 it was a bargin so i waited till wednesday and paid for the super express to garentee by xmas delivery. the next day i see my order has changed to stocking issues so after about 2hrs of ringing them i get through and told they cant get any more stock in so they say they will give me my refund but will take 3 working days. i know its only the 2nd day but after reading many complaints i feel i wont get my money back. it makes me sick that people could do this i have contated trading standerds and hope it will speed things up. i know one thing i paid with a visa debit card so if i get no money back i can do a charge back.
  • After many ignored request for a refund last thursday I got a email from WAE+ saying my purchase was dispatched. Today day it arrived 30 days or so late.
The item appears ok and if this proves to be so I shall keep it even though I had cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I want no further hassle with this company.
To keep this review fair and honest I must say that WAE+ have offered a refund of my postage and offered a £10 credit on my next order.
I would never use this online shop again they are a disgraceful organisation my advice would be shop elsewhere
  • Oh dear, I wish I'd seen this thread earlier. I ordered some office equipment from them on 3rd December, items shown as 'in stock' on the prodcut pages. Accepted the 'free' express delivery they were offering at the time. Since then I have not received the goods. The status of my order keeps alternating between 'awaiting fulfillment' and 'stocking issues'. No one is answering the phone. Email responses are just platitudes to keep me from cancelling my order. I should have thought twice when I found this stuff at such a good price. For me it's not a big problem as I didn't need the stuff urgently and I have my credit card chargeback to fall back on. But I feel sorry for anyone who's paid them on a debit card or was waiting for christmas gifts. This company should be avoided.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I believe if you paid by debit card there is no chance of a charge back, it's just like you gave them a cheque. No doubt someone more knowledgable will confirm or refute this
  • hi i just looked on nat west web site and i can use charge back. if your bank issues visa debit cards you are given the same protetion as if it was a cridit card only diffence is theres no limit on amount
  • Just look at the negative reviews on this firm they even have Trust Pilot remove negative reviews under the pretence that it contravenes their guidelines, THIS HAPPENED TO ME.
Trust Pilot cannot be trusted either:mad:
