Guess we must all get different test options and at different time, no wonder we don't get a look in on some testes if they show up three days later

Did anone else receive an email asking to return the serum with the left over serum? They have asked for it to be sent back in the original juffy bag. Mine is in the recycling bag and not sure if it was a white or a brown jiffy ??

Yes the product came with a self addressed brown paper (padded bag), instructions with the test product said to return after the test was completed!

Hi everyone,

I've finally been accepted to the Boots panel. I had given up hope of ever hearing from them but now I'm all signed up and ready to go. I have a few questons I'm hoping you might be able to answer, I can't find what I'm after by searching so sorry if it's repetitive.

(1) Can I sign up for mutliple products at once? With Clicks, I can have quite a few as long as they are for different body parts and won't interfere with each other. Is that the same for Boots?

(2) I've registered for one product already and I'm waiting to receive it. Do I get an email when it's time to fill in the questionnaire or will it come with a paper version?

(3) Is it worth applying for all the trials that I'm interested in, in the hope I'll get one of them or just selecting the one I'd most like?

Yes, you sign up for however many you like.

Registering is no guarentee as they only have 65 samples of each product to send out, you just have to wait and see if it arrives. If its an online questionnaire then they send you a link and if its a paper questionnaire the date will be on it.

Always sign up for everything that you fancy, I used to get something from Boots through the post every few days but nowadays its more like once every couple of weeks.

Have emailed Boots but got no reply.

I am still waiting although mine was only last week so I will email them if its not here by the middle of next week.
