I got an email asking me for my feedback on a product I'd never opted for nor had arrive either!
Seems this system isn't what they promised it would crack up to be...

    Did they promise anything?

Under the changes they said tests would be more selective and targeted to certain people, plus at the time they took on lots more tester which means that the test are fewer and far between now!

I'm one of the lucky ones as I've had regular products to test, at the moment I am testing a serum and it's pretty good.

Would have thought that after the last lot of new testers a few months ago it will be a while before they take on more plus the site says:

Thank you for your interest in joining our volunteer panel.

Unfortunately at the moment, because of the unprecedented increase in panel application we have received, we are not able to take on any more applications.
If you have already applied, or if you are a rejoining applicant, please contact us to assess the status of your application.

I got the e-mail as well. I don't think they're taking on new applications as such, just processing some of the old ones.
