    Yes, within reason. I suspect that, if pushed, thirty days might be considered reasonable.

    Yes, and if they kept sending you home stating that it wasn't convenient to them to process a refund, you could probably claim your petrol costs for the additional journeys, if you were prepared to follow things through the legal route.

    What will I take from this thread? If I choose to shop 'outside' normal hours - ie after 10pm or before 6am and I want to do something other than actually shop I'll phone first and make sure the service I require will be available when I'm there.

    Especially werewolves, they might be a bit busy.
