Contrary to the BPA "code of practice (don't laugh!), none of the ASDAs I use have the T&C's located at the entrance to the car-park. The first time you get to read them is when you go and buy your P&D ticket. Even then they are not complete. To see them in full you have to "contact" TCP.

TCP don't give a stuff. If anyone is stupid enough to pay them, they won't have picked up this point anyway.

And anyone who does pick up the point would never have paid them.

As they never take anyone to court, the argument will never take place.
