    Morning All

    Happy Easter!:EasterBun:easter_os:easter_ba:icotbaske:easter:

Yes there is less people posting and flying at the moment - I've noticed it too.

Going to have a sort out in the LR today and hoover downstairs. DH has cleaned the iron and now says it doesn't work properly - well it was alright until he cleaned it! Other than that I'm not sure. I may decide to get a babysitter tonight and go out with DH as it's his birthday on Tuesday but he'll be at work - I might see what's on at the pictures.

    Have a good day all

I have already done the DW, cleaned the general junk off the floor (thanks children), cleaned the dining table and got piles of stuff out of the freezer.

I need to hoover but I don't want to wake everyone up.

    Morning Everyone

May I join you? I've been FLYing on my own for about 2.5 years without much success. I just lose motivation doing it on my own but I know that my family is suffering with the house looking a mess. We live in an open plan house so when 2 area is a mess, the house looks like we have been burgled :o

Can someone tell me what a frog list is please - sorry if I missed it :)

We have friends coming today so have a bit of a crisis clean going on! My jobs before 11am are:

    1. Sweep floors
    2. Mop floors
    3. Clear off pool table, fireplace, dining table
    4. Clear and wipe kitchen counters
    5. Swish & swipe
    6. Empty DW
    7. Put dry clothes away in utility
    8. Make beds

    Ready, set, go!

Look forward to getting to know you all!

  • Morning ladies - Happy Easter!

Busy day chez Moam - church, a few HHC's and then we're away to see the folks, so more driving/eating than flying today.

For the rest of the school hols I have a very long list but a lot is stuff on the PC - hopefully in tbetween doing some "real" things (relatives, playdates etc)....but proper Flying will recommence on the 15th. The house is tidyish, freezer & fridge stocked up, so all things considered a better school holiday than usual in this often madhouse.

OK - HHI, I will get this pile of clothes put away before church.....I will...

    Welcome Claire!

A frog list is a list of things you've been putting off, the saying goes "eat the frog" or kinds like bite e bullet and get on with it.

Gotta go toddler just on loo yuk

    Ok all sorted.

I haven't posted every day I don't think. But I'm here in spirit!

So this morning, I have stripped my bed, since the above toddler had a pull up leak, after installing himself in my bed. Lol it's all about his toileting today! Then we went on an easter egg hunt. Then they refused to est breakfast because they wanted chocolate. Eventually we compromised, they are fed, kitchen is clean, all veg prepped and in steamer ready for later, and I just need to wash the bedding.

Apart from a wooden train track covering the entire living room floor, we are in good shape.

Two sets of grandparents coming for dinner (hoping mum doesn't forget the chicken lol, I was doing the veg and mil the puddings).

Hoping chocolate is kept to a minimum. DD doesn't have dairy but I found her a little dairy free one in sainsburys, and DS has got the smallest Thomas one, plus they are sharing some tiny chocolate bunnies that we used in the hunt. I won't let dd eat many of these though or it will upset her tum :-(

Happy Easter all, hope you find time to relax.

Happy easter everyone, welcome Claire. Im definately guilty of not posting much, i find that i get sucked into all that is mse and don't get much done, but also not too much flying gone on here also - am going to make an effort to post more. Yesterday i went to bed without doing dishes, so today i am going to do a quick fly and get on track for next week. I love the idea of the lists that were made last week, frog, to do etc, or the week before, but did not make the list, would not mind that again, ;cause i have many frogs.

    Today

    [STRIKE]Do dishes & swish n swipe kitchen
    washload 1 done n hung
    Washload 2 in
    Change bedding
    Wash bedding[/STRIKE]
    Hoover
    Steam floors
    Quick wipe around bathroom
Do fridge/freezer/Meal plan for week/do shopping list
Do an April to do list

    Welcome Claire :hello:

I've ironed all the washing I've done this weekend :A I've realised after ironing at work that I actually like it and the clothes do look better. It may be just a fad, who knows.....the kids better hang them up properly though or I'll have their guts for garters.

So half hour ironing, DW has just finished, cleaned the grill pan - again! Wiped the benches down and washed the SC pot in the sink, cleared the drainer of a few bits first. Made some Croissants for my brekkie, kids still in bed, need to take some stuff upstairs now and put my ironing away. I found a new home for the ironing board too

Toying with the idea of a trip to the National Glass Centre today, it's been on my list of 'things to do' for at least a year, I would go tomorrow but I'm working and I would like to get at least one half a day out under my belt this Easter/school hols.

K, off upstairs to play with my wardrobe.
