Going to get dressed very soon and go into town...need a small shop just to tide us over to Monday when I have an asda shop coming.
The lady I did the washing for came round last night with yet another gift...enough chicken breast for 2 meals and a huge leg of lamb..guess what we are having for Sunday dinner lol ...cant remember the last time we had lamb..its our favourite but just so expensive...I do feel guilty though...I didnt do the washing for any recompense just as a favour...
So far DW emptied, refilled and on..WM on TD on...grey and damp here
Laters ...Feeding 6 Adults 1 Teen a 8 year old with hollow legs and a very fussy 5 year old. Also 3 cats and 3 fishies

Morning everyone, it's grey and miserable here - kind of matches my mood at the moment..lol
Hope everyone is doing okay and have finished all your Easter shopping (food and eggs)We have the weeks food shopping to do but apart from that I am not venturing anywhere near the town as I would imagine it will be a bit busy with last minute panic buyers trying to find eggs
Am planning on doing a major Mount Iron catchup while having an NCIS Fest from Tivo
Oooh Valli you just remindered me that I need to set up the printer to print off the Asda £5.00 off voucher as I know the shop will be over £40 as I want to get a pair of sandals that I have seen in there.
Oh well better get a shift on, shower then hoover the hallway upstairs - it looks like a dog has been shorn up there at the moment :eek:Mortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️

Morning lovelies!
Thank You for my Birthday wishes, you're all fab xx
Been up since 7am and I've just pretty much sat down, been to Farmfoods, get petrol, get gas/elec....put shopping away. Done 3 loads of washing/ dried and folded up. Cleaned the oven from top to bottom inc shelves, cleaned kitchen, done the DW, got sausage casserole in the SC, used the mince I otherwise would have put in the freezer and made Cottage Pie that will go in the oven tomorrow for tea (yum) will do home made yorkies with it.
Took my Birthday pressies upstairs, sorted my wardrobe and got rid of stuff I didn't want anymore, put new stuff in it, and sorted my sock drawer. Put recycling in bin outside, and some bags for the normal bin, seen to the Cat umpteen times, because everything's all about her! Brought some towels in off the line that's been dripping wet for 3 daysTidied the LR and the bathroom, made brews and sorted a shopping list for Aldi.
Off for a kip now :rotfl:0 -

Happy Easter :easter_ba :icotbaske :easter_os :easter:
I've noticed the steady decline in posts over the last few weeks, not sure why it's happening really.
It's raining so I can't get the last of my weekend's washing out, maybe it'll brighten up later. Just need a potter today nothing major and we're going to visit the in-laws later on. Hope there's a really good film on this avo, the Easter tele has been appalling.
Off to make brew number 2 and to S&S/tidy the kitchen whilst I'm there.
I might do some ironing today :eek::eek::eek:0
