    Was -£8900 NOW-£5000 PAID- £3900
    Get rid of the weight, pay the debt, then get myself a campavan! :T

  • Rising – I’m glad you got your budget sorted out and figured where you’ve gone wrong. :) Staying debt free is probably harder than actually getting debt free, me thinks.:mad:

    mmmmm not harder ..... but not really any easier either!:rotfl:

    I guess it depends on a) why your debt occurred and b) how you pay it off (eg if you cut back on loads of "luxuries" then when it's paid back, you should have spare money but if it's paid back through e*bay, 2nd jobs etc then you won't IYKWIM).

    Personally I was the 2nd pay-back scenario so, the 2nd job has gone:j but it's left me with a tight budget ... the main the reason for the debt in the first place:eek:!

    Although the fact that I've never budgeted properly - as can be seen from my disasters of this month - probably had a lot to do with it too!:o

    Anyway ..... No 11 today please!
