  • NSD 13 yesterday. Did nowt but work college and revision!!

Just sitting here eating my rubbish salad after probably failing my exam but never mind, I will cough up my £40 for the resit and next time I will put the work in!!

Think its gonna be a spendy today as well, just to kick me whilst I'm down :rotfl:. Light came on in car last night, she's thirsty! It always seems to go down much faster when it gets low as well, very deceiving!!

Hi everyone - spendy yesterday as put liquid gold in the tank (hopes it might last the month :shhh:) also bought some baby clothes for a new cousin. P..ing with rain here - garden totally waterlogged. Someone in the Sunday paper commented this must be the wettest drought on record!! As its so miserable out I've managed to snaggle another NSD so thats no 7 please - off to update my signature

Have a good 'pivot' day everyone
Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle
  • the front page is all updated and it looks great :) It makes me smile everytime I look at it

Makes me smile too Freeby ...... lovin' all those Bunnies!:)

Spendy day today to get some rolls so I can make lunches until the end of the week so not too bad.

Think I've figured out where I've gone wrong with part of the budget - I created a new pot with several categories for dentist / clothes / hair etc and put an amount into it that it should be sitting at - totally forgetting that as I hadn't been putting money into it up to now, this would be a big dent out of my money ..... *sigh* - I will get the hang of it!

I have still overspent so I'm going back to my logging on the spreadsheet, writing in the spending diary and transferring the amounts from pots once a month (to pay the cc bill when it arrives) and see if I can manage to keep track better!:o

Absolutely horrid outside (wet & windy) so have come home (1/2 day) and put my pj's on! Not venturing out again!

Thank you to everyone for their good wishes for Star. I'm happy to say she is home and back to her normal self. Darling little horror! :rotfl:

Rising, I hope you sort your budget out ok.

    Hugs to all.

Just to prove how useless I am .... I've *found* £40+ that I'd lost.

I couldn't figure out how the cats pot only had around £20 in it (when I knew it should be over £60) ..... I'd transferred the money as I spent it and when the cc bill came in :o - now, if I've done that for every budget - no wonder I'm in such a mess:eek:

Def going back to a once a month transfer!
