Have a good day all. What a wonderful day! A good start then turned chilly, then lovely.
A very Happy Birthday to you, ModestyB!!!
Thank you all so much. I've had a lovely day apart from taking Lucy for her op on her other leg. Happy to say she's at home now, at DD's, and she should be fine. :j
The play at the Grand was not quite as expected but was pretty good.
Jake's-Mum, glad you had a good weekend. I love your description of Miss Lily in the water.
I have a lot of change in my purse waiting to be potted. We were lucky enough to catch the bus to town and back, both ways driven by an old friend of DH and he refused to take my bus fare so that will be added to the pot too.S.P.C. 9 2016 No. 062 Banked £337.50

Morning everyone
Went to the retail park with my DW last night and there on the car park was a lovely crisp £10 note, then a bit further on a shiny 2p include that with the 2p tea room floor change, £10.04 for sparky towers yesterday. Thats all towards the scooter Tax, MoT & petrol fund (if I ever get the chance to ride the darn thing this year!)
Need to get some change today to make up not potting into the sealed pot

Not posted on here for ages due to illness - but have been keeping up with my SPC.
Added £55 to the pot yesterday - £5 for each beauty TSV that I have not bought off QVC!!!!
Hope to keep up with this on a more regular basis now that I'm feeling a little better - but no promises!

The second purse system is a bit confusing at first but basically you buy some things in bulk or when they're on offer then when you need them 'buy' them back from the store cupboard for near to the normal retail price or simply a bit more than you paid in the first place putting the money back in to the second purse generating a profit. The thread explains it much betterhttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3745005
In the meantime I've put 20p in to my bottle today. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
