Hi
Not been around since moving house but have kept on feeding Pancetta Pig. Just totalled and I am declaring £57.83. Membership No 1489 Not bad as the largest value coin was a 10p. Will spend this on some stocking filler for the kids.
Managed to get money out without damaging Pancetta Pig too much so will be using Pancetta again for SPC 6.0 -
Hello Potters
.
A grand total of 9,214 pennies from Member: 1206 :rotfl:. I don't think that's to bad especially since it's mainly been the odd penny and two pence tucked away :j.
Absolutely amazed and over the moon by a lot of the totals, and dedication some of the members have managed.
Hopefully there'll be not as much 'major' drama next year, and I can keep focused with the thread. I'm touching wood, and looking around for a rabbits foot :rotfl:  :rotfl:. Ah, hold on I've got a lucky penny instead , where did that come from I wonder :rotfl::rotfl:.
See you all on the new thread .😇 Sealed Pot Challenge: Member No: 20: 2012 = £92.14; 2013 = £45.27; 2014 = £54.70; 2015 = ; 2016 = £70.38 2022 = £10.58 2023 = ???? 🍀 2023 DECLUTTERING CAMPAIGN Mrs SD 65/365 so far. 👾 The Other Way, or the MSE Way: My Personal Challenge 🍀 The Other Way, or the MSE Way: My Personal Challenge 20120 -

Congrats all you potters, some great totals!! Mine was 16.99 for the year, but I banked it to pay off debt. :money:I was only saving the pennies really.
I think i must have been stood behind one of you in the bank the other day as the guy in front of me filled up the loose change machine :rotfl:
I had to wait 5mins for it to beemptied so i could pop my last bits in.
I will be joining again though for next year, I would like to keep the pot seperate, bank it and not touch it until pot opening. I have other plans for debt busting so my pot will be used for a trip abroad. I will try and pop in more regularly on the new thread to keep me motivated.:D
My new pot is up and running with lots of pennies that the OH keeps leaving around and I found a whole £1 roadkill the other day :j
I will keep feeding it most days and we will see how it goes.

It's really lovely to see you, findingmyfeet, Brilliant news about how much you've saved!!!! :T I'm so pleased you're going to enjoy a meal together, sounds like you deserve it after a tough year. It's wonderful to hear about you Son and partner and the waiting for a new family member. Please share i with us over on SPC 6! Why not give them some heat AND some food; hubby's dear Mum always said that if you're warm and have food to eat, you can't really want for more; we've always remembered that and pushed the boat out to achieve it. Very best wishes to them both, baby too! :A Enjoy your meal!
Hello there, Flip and well done with your savings!!! :T ...and lttle damage to Pancetta too - lucky pig! It'll be good to see you bak more often, if possible.
Good to see you with your Total, nu1isit? So, if I'm right, that's a darned good £92.14 that you've saved and that is excellent!!!!! :T I'm thrilled to bits for you! Ah, I can see why that lucky penny was so important on SPC 6 then....sign of a fruitful year, fingers crossed for you all. You're a great member, friend and comic, all of which are vital! :A
Splendid savings, slowlyfading, well done!!! :T Please could I ask you to pop you No on your siggy, it's vital for sparky and I, thanks a lot.
Hiya suzitiger and very well done, great news about putting it to debts too!!!!! :T You do whatever you're happiest with and all the best in getting that holiday! :j

really pleased because its been a tough year. DH and i are yet to confirm what we will do with the cash but i think we will go to the local carvery with DD and my dad and take sis bro in law and two kids. £9.99 for mains and pud and fiver for kids. been a tough year for all so anice family treat and should be less than £100 for everything. cant wait to arrange it. cant make my mind up whether to put £50 on DS and partners electric card for heating etc over xmas or get them a supermarket gift card for their food shop??? they are just moving into their first home with a new baby due in the next fortnight and very little money.
well done to all some brilliant figures coming in. thanks to sue and co for all their hard work and dedication to the thread. and thanks for the reminder to count
Those are lovely ideas, findingmyfeet- you could arrange for a load of groceries to be delivered to them when the baby's born so they don't have to go to the supermarket with matchsticks holding their eyes openSealed pot challenger#1677
