I was there again last night but I asked a nice young lady (employee of course, i didn't just comandeer a random person to help :eek: ) to operate the self service till for me and it worked lovely so that'll be my plan for now if I've only got a few items, and maybe Mr A will realise he still needs proper staff as well as his infernal machines.
And to keep on topic, just got some change from my coffee so I'll pot that when I get home.

What surprises me, is the basket queue only has 1 or 2 people and the queue for the self service is mega! Much rather have a person to serve me.

A lovely shiny £2 for my owls head today but nothing for the cats head.
