A lovely 70p today, that might be it for the week , there is a good reason for it (fingers crossed) . Still going to pop in and see what you're all doing .

Need to go on the old timers board and see if there's a good cheap alternative to furniture polish ...exciting stuff hey?

Hello ljaneyr sorry its a bit late but HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY GREETINGS!!

got a £2 for the owls head over the weekend and £2.80 change for the cats head from my shopping and waiting for the olympic torch to go past on saturday.

Hope everyones not too wet, I actually dried two loads of washing today simple pleasures make happy days.

I put £2.00 in the pot yesterday which was from something I sold. I am going to put any sales money into the pot (won't be very often!) If I do that, at least it won't get swallowed up with other monies x

I checked out the pockets in my handbag yesterday and guess what? Three one-pound coins!!! The pot has been fed:D:D

right im back with a vengence and a new frame of mind made a proper sealed pot, well a pot with sticky stuff keeping it closed lol, and have christened it with 26p today. was just using a money bag before and the temptation to dip into it was too great so hopefully this time i will think twice before dipping in. very excited about opening it already lol how sad, hope everyones well

Sorry Kerfuffle I meant old stylers, don't know why I said old timers , I've visions of the old stylers chasing me out of the village with pitch forks now :rotfl:
