Only problem is - as it always is when deciding to go to EA is the 2% ish fees.
We have been saving approximately £1k per month for deposit on house so selling through EA will put us back another 3 months or so after fees....0 -
I think the block and the flat look very nice but I would change the bedrooms around. The larger bedroom has a cot and a wardrobe and looks massive and you have a double bed squeezed into the small second bedroom. It just looks plain odd."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

It is a Kingsize bed so kinda makes the bedroom look smaller than it is.
Point taken though.
Many thanks.0 -
I would also consider changing the bedroom an dnursery around if it wouldn't be too much bother. It would make it look like there is far more space.
A photo of the bathroom is a must, and sprucing it up if necessary would be a good option. People are going to see if when they view, so if it is dull they will be seeing it anyway.
The details mention a balcony, but no pictures of it apart from the main pic which shows them (I think?). Is there a nice enough view to have a pic from the balcony added?
I would also consider a different estate agent. Best of luck

Just out of interest, where do you put your clothes?"If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

Yes, the balcony is on picture 1 on the front outside of the flat. We played around with some pics of it from the inside but they didn't turn out too nice.
As for the bathroom, it's actually not that terrible - just tiny. All 3 viewings said that they were pleasantly surprised by the bathroom when they visited as they thought that is might be in a dire way.0 -
Swap bedrooms and try to make more of a feature of the balcony......Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

A nice feature actually...
Should be shown in the pictures."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0 -
