    'Robust' instead of strong. i.e. There must be a robust case for...... What's wrong with 'strong'? Politicians use it often.

    "Basically............" & "At the end of the day......" irritate the hell out of me.

    Basically because, at the end of the day, they are just not needed in a sentence.

    Whilst things like 'thanx' are effing annoying, at least they allow to you accurately gauge the intellect of the person using it and adjust your expectations of them accordingly.

    I knew my boss was a moron, but she 'thanx'ed me in an email on Friday, which supported my previous judgement.

    That one annoys the life out me too.

    Chillax is pretty irritating too. Some of the others listed are things I say which confirms that I must annoy people who have to listen to me :D
