A few phrases from my last job:
"Non-negotiable" - this was the way any directive was described, which was quite redundant since all directives had to be done without discussion.

    "Blue sky thinking"

"Thinking outside the box" - They encouraged this until there was no-one thinking inside the box where it mattered.

"Going forward" - used when they meant in the future rather than as a directional instruction.

I know there were others, but I've been doing my best to forget.

I don't know if it's been mentioned already, but the phrase 'He won't hurt you' coming from dog owners who've just let their darling pet leap up/slobber/run at you drives me insane.
"I'm ready for my close-up Mr. DeMille...."

inappropriate use of the word 'myself' when it should just be 'me' - drives me insane every time I hear it - especially on TV - does no-one check grammar any more!

"Meet with" instead of meet. For instance. "I'm going to meet with my son" Surely if you "meet with" someone it really means you and that person are going together to meet a third party!

Another vote for 'going forward'. Whenever my boss starts talking we start a tally of how often he says this, he's usually up to double figures within a minute.

ETA: and 'my bad'. I could slap people that say that.

    "sorry for your loss"

When my dad died people kept saying "sorry for your loss" until one day i screamed at one poor person "i haven't LOST him, i know exactly where he is" .

I dislike it when people say 'in any way shape or form' which seems to be very popular. It doesn't add anything to the sentence!

Even typing those non-words makes me feel a little uncomfortable
