Cool, the easter eggs will be approaching the price/kilo of regular chocolate soon! heh, thanks though, i have to admit choc tastes better in egg shape for some bizzare reason!

Can't say I've ever noticed egg shaped tasting better.

Re the eggs approaching the price/kilo of regular stuff.

I don't know if you/anyone is aware but Tesco are selling Cadbury's Dairy Milk (and variants eg Nuts etc) for £4 a kilo at the minute.
    They've got 250g bars - 2 for £2

Is it just in larger Sainsbury's stores (?) because I was in my Sainsbuy's local the other evening and didnt see any easter eggs!

It's any Sainsbury's with stock. If your store doesn't have any eggs, they can't reduce them.

Being sad I checked the BB dates on these earlier in the week and they were well into next year. Not that they would last that long in our house!

Yes, our Tescos is selling everything 75% off also. The Lindt Rabbits are nice to pick up alongside 4/8 packs of Cadburys Cream Eggs. The packets of mini-eggs are also only 20p! :D

Marks and Spencer have some Easter confectionery reductions in some stores - my local had Dalek Egg Cups (containing a small organic chocolate egg) for 99p (reduced from £3.99)
Perfect for the Whovian wanting something appropriate for their boiled egg and toast cybersoldiers!
