poundland are selling boxes of easter chicks in about 4 sizes, up to 20 in a box depending on size, also cute ones in small baskets. Would be great to make your own cakes or egg baskets for wee ones (or bigguns)

They also had little Easter Bonnets (if your child has a nursery parade or something) and loads of stuff to decorate these, ie the chicks and i think there was also some nests with eggs in and some grassy stuff...

Same deal in Sainsbury's & I'm guessing Tesco! Hopefully the deals will get better closer to easter like last year :T Come on PRICE WAR :rotfl:

tescos - 3 of the medium eggs with 2 bars in for £3.75 which I thought was a bargain!! Lots of variety too - such as yorkie, cadburys caramel, celebrations, creme egg, mini eggs etc...

Decorate your own easter hat..An alternative to chocolate..£1.99 from Home Bargains..It is a bag with a straw hat in and the decorations etc included...Gone are the days that they used to do "Easter Bonnet parades".(At our school anyway)
