    UU:
benefit that gal mini - WNBA it needs to be mixed with an actual primer to keep my make up on and the laura mercier radiance primer does both jobs in one perfectly.
elemis bubble bath - HG bubble bath but id only buy when elemis have got offers on.
KenzoKI body lotion sample - WNBA, does nothing a cheaper one won't do
Dior make up remover mini - WNBA, another thing that doesn't work any better than cheaper versions.

I was convinced i was going to buy the YOU box, but i havn't.

I don't wear nude nail polish - and despit that already have two bootle sof porchester square.
I don't use Dry Shampoo (and going by the Glamour samples don't like P&R)
    Don't really value perfume samples.
I'd use the primer stuff but am swimming in LG primer atm; and i like the look of the Welda but guaretee i'd get the primer.
Prefer other cleaners to C&P - have a tube (from red) ready for my hols so don't need another.
I do like handcream but the sample is teeny; and too expensive for me to buy if i did like it.
And finally Elemis body lotion again i do like it but i have a lot of body so samples never go that far.

Why can't i ever normally be that rational??

I'm usually a sucker for bueaty boxes but i think i preferthe secreat ones (SSB, GB etc) as they come much better package and are a suprise so its more like getting a pressie.
I'm so boring, my clothes wanna keep someone else warm, someone cooler

Oh my word - here comes trouble.......

Nobody told me that it was beauty weekend on QVC this weekend!!! I just thought it was an Elemis TSV on Sunday - then I took a proper look.

Oh dear, I might not do these beauty boxes, but I'm not good at resisting the Q........... and I have just been paid.

    Double whammy:D

Yep, it's the beauty festival. I'm gonna try not to watch today. Have just had the email about the Elemis TSV and I know it fits the criteria for which I said I'd buy it ie it costs less than the pot of PCMC but I seriously can't afford it! Have the holiday to pay off on pay day next month and we are already short of the cash so will have to borrow from the month after and then save for spends and clothes so this kit is out. I personally would only use 2 of the items - the PCMC and the toner. I already have some bliss capsules that I'm saving to take away with me. I'm using the cleanser at the moment and don't like it - much prefer the Balancing Lime Cleanser. Don't need/want more bath products - have a small one of the nourishing milk already and am very underwhelmed by the quiet mind. The only person I could possibly gift them to is my sister and she's more of a L'Occitane lady. That leaves me with the option of ebaying and ok I'd make a profit straight away but I suspect it's gonna get harder to sell on there due to the postage price increase.

I did however buy the Ultrasun TSV yesterday because again that was brilliant value. - only paying for one item and the rest for free. And we're going on a cruise in August so the thought of not lugging extra suntan cream around with us when we tour places is a bonus.

Saw a great deal on L'Occitane shower gels - pack of 3 250ml of Almond Oil, Cherry Blossom and Verbena where you get 1 free basically but having already bought the above TSV I'm going to try and sit this out. This is also because the LE TSV is looming on 3 May. I think I need to earn more x

Good morning all, just a weekly post to say that I am wading through my stash and have no purchases to declare. Some of the shower products are spluttering, but a few more washes to go yet. Is cutting them open with scissors and scooping the contents out onto a wash mitt a little too frugal? surely it will yield a few more washes? I may resort to doing this with the ones that I particularly liked.
great to see everyone getting on with the challenge.
    have a great day y'all

Yes, I definitely cut the tubes open to get more out.

I have two UUs today and did this with both of them:-

UU1 : the huge nearly a litre sized Tresemme shampoo bottle that did become a LHJ. Cut this open and there was tonnes left in the bottom. Scooped all of it out and washed my hair twice with it yesterday and that was the only time I got a really good result out of it!! WNBA as it made my hair dry after consistent use. Had to stop using it for a time. Would buy this sized bottle in another brand though as it's so economical. This one I bought when we were in the US in October.

UU2 : TBS Vitamin E moisturiser. I got this as a GWP some time ago. Have mixed feelings about this and wish I didn't as it's a lovely cream. I used it as night cream and each morning my skin felt so soft however it's very highly fragranced and on most applications made my skin tingle a little. Had a look at the list of ingredients on the TBS website and it was like listening to the Monty Python spam song cos every other word in the list was **** (Fragrance). Real shame. Again, though I cut this tube open and in a bid to get it finished yesterday used it on my body as well. No tingling sensation anywhere other than my face but it wasn't so moisturising anywhere else either.
I think we all cut tubes open and scoop out the last bits - I certainly do - it is amazing how much moisturiser etc clings to the insides - I sometimes get another week out of things once I have cut them open.:money:
Loved the Youtube - puts my OCD into perspective...

Another couple of UUs to declare:

L'Occitane bonne mere verbena soap - WBA as I love L'Occitane soaps. However, no need at the moment as have quite a few (ie lots :o) left in my stash...

Liz Earle hand repair 100ml pump - WBA - this is one of my HG hand creams - I love the fact it sinks in well and isn't greasy yet is very moisturising. WBA but need to do some stash reduction first.

And a confession - have bought the Ultrasun TSV - this is however necessary as I want a sun cream that you only need to apply once - DDs go to holiday club for some of the summer holidays and at least if they have applied this then I don't need to worry they will forget to reapply as the day goes on. Not going on the naughty step for this one but anyone care to join me tomorrow? I know the Elemis is a definate and I will be tempted by the LIB box......

I'm with you on the L'Occitane soaps. They never mush up or lose their shape. Have a Verbena one on the go and because of it's quality can leave it to use something else so that I don't get bored. Am switching back to using mine this week.

Don't get on with the LE hand cream as it contains white clay and doesn't absorb into my skin.

I too bought the Ultrasun however for the reasons in my last post am not going for the Elemis one.

I did buy some Nails Inc lacquers yesterday from TK Maxx but they are part of the leaving gift for my friend so am not going on naughty step. There were quite a few Nails Inc kits in if anyone is interested though I think someone has mentioned that they will be free on Instyle again this month so any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Not that I need more lacquers. Am already awaiting the OPI TSV on 22 May hoping it contains some of the Minnie Mouse colours.

Have repainted my nails this am and am wearing Essie Lovie Dovie. A cheery Barbie pink colour to combat the awful weather. It's raining her again.
