No buying unnecessary toiletries in April - Challenge

No idea why half my text has gone really big! Sorry. It makes me feel like I'm shouting...
[/SIZE]
I thought maybe you were on commission with Origins :rotfl: I received a load of sample sizes of Origins products from my Secret Santa but so far none of them have suited my skin. Am grateful to my SS though cos it's a range that I've wanted to try. Would not have been happy if I had paid for the items and then they didn't suit.Erm; April isn't gonna be a good month for me...
Just counted and i have bought 41 bottles of nail polish n the last four days.
Although not really sure if it counts as stashing???
woah I bow down to you! 41 in 4 days! I feel like a real paragon of virtue now. The most I have bought is 13 when we were in the US a few years ago so were bought over a short period of time. I think I bought 10 in one go from Ebay as well but that's as daring as I've been.
I don't count nail lacquers as part of my stash as they always get opened and used.
Come on you now need to post a list of them. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I have one UU to declare
Sanctuary 5 Minute Detox mask 15 ml sachet - WNBA it was ok but not sure it did anything for me got quite a few uses out of it.0 -
Uh oh.
Budge up on the naughty stepI just placed an order with Origins. I have convinced myself that it's ok as every year I struggle to find a face cream with a decent SPF that doesn't make me shiny or break me out  Years ago Origins sold my HG (before I knew about HGs!) Of course, they discontinued it. So...
Anticipated INS:
Out Smart (SPF 25)
A Perfect World SPF35 UV Face Protector with White Tea
with excellent freebies:
Starting Over Age-erasing moisturizer with Mimosa (50ml - full size but in a tube rather than a pot)
Mega-Mushroom Skin Relief Advanced Face Serum (I think!) (7ml)
If anyone has Origins products that they need to buy if you spend £30 you get free delivery, a free smallish sample (choice of three) and a free full-size moisturiser to celebrate Earth Day/Month. The code for Starting Over (50ml - normally £36) is EARTH and the code for A Perfect World SPF25 (50ml - normally £32) is MONTH.
Origins bombard me with offers all the time (I ought to unsub from their emails) but this one seemed particularly good
Xxx

If you bring an empty skincare product (any brand) into an Origins store on the 21st, you can get one of those 2 moisturisers for free (full size)... not that I'd be tempting you or anything :rotfl:0 -
The almond shower oil is top of my list of L'Occitane things that I'd like to try
BUT
I have a zillion (very nice) shower gels that I ought to use first
I think that if you see a good offer on something that is HG (or close) for you then it's good to take advantage of the offer...
In my case it's more of a very nice want :rotfl:
Its my HG for shaving...I love it, but it is pricyIf you bring an empty skincare product (any brand) into an Origins store on the 21st, you can get one of those 2 moisturisers for free (full size)... not that I'd be tempting you or anything :rotfl:
Wow! Really? That sounds good!
One UU to report - Elvive Moisterising Shampoo, I bought this as it was on special. WBA, I liked this, but have got about 6 shampoos in the stash
I cant remember who was talking about the Sanctuary Body Lotion and how it made their skin tingle? I've been using this for ages, probably years and it only tingled today. Most bizarre!0 -
UU's:
Clarins multi regenerante jour creme sample - Initially it applied very well, and then it started to feel heavy on my skin and eventually started to flake, so WNBA
St. Ives Apricot scrub - 30ml - the deluxe size really went a long way. I actually found this to be too coarse for my skin, but I use it on my chest and upper arms, basically as a body exfoliator instead and I love it. i definitely WBA as it is a very cheap alternative to most body exfoliators.
Jolen cream bleach - wish i could find something like this without the stinging? wnbaNo Buying Unnecessary Toiletries Challenge

UU?? Thats what you think, mwah-ha-ha-ha.... (rubs hands together in an eeeevil fashion....) it will chase you around and wait till you least expect it, sneaking up on your collection, and just when you think its safe to open the box.....
If it was me (which I think it must be?) Im going away tuesday afternoon and Im not back until Sunday night - so please dont be offended when I dont say thankyou for it till then !!!!
Welcome newbies, hugs to people who need them and extra hellos and hugs just in case for next week. Will be thinking of you all as Im getting millions of UUs attempting to look gorgeous next week - apparently the ex (who is STILL texting me every day!!) could well be there Thursday with a horse as well as the two on Friday, so for BOTH those days I have to look good (and one of the new ones who will be there Thursday probably to support his brother if his horse gets into the foxhunters,so need to look good in case i see him too) :A
the things we do eigh??!!!!
one UU from the last weekend away - S&G body butter, little tub. WIBA? probably not, prefer the ted baker one.
You know what....i can't even remember if you got one of them haha!
But i have been using them up aswellx

Oh no, now I am going to have to go into Edinburgh! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
:T:T Well spotted Zoe! :T:T
I hope that I'm well enough on the 21st for a little trip into town
Ooooh! So many good reviews of the L'Occitane Almond Shower gel...Maybe if I make a few eBay sales I can justify buying it. ***Dashes back to eBay*** :rotfl:0 -
Uhm, what is the facebook page? I love looking at what people swap off.
Off to Vegas on Saturday. Debating whether to take sample sachets (would be an impressive use up score) or wait and see what's waiting to try out at the hotel. (I won't find out where I'm staying until I check in at the airport, last minute uber cheap booking that guarantees me a 5 star hotel or a luxury timeshare condo). Will try to be good down there.0
