Five items GA to my daughter - Pantene colour care shampoo and conditioner and Aqua Light shampoo and conditioner, along with the L'Oreal lippy that I didn't think she'd like. She did.
Now I just have stuff that I really like to use on my hair. Oooh goody.

    I'm definitely in this month!!

Everything seems to be full sizes and almost complete, so don't think I'll have too many UUs this month :(

Received my first SheSaidBeauty box and quite like it. Especially the edible item :D

    UU
Sanex Dermo Protector Shower Cream sachet: WIBA? No. Nothing wrong with it, I have a decade before I can think of buying shower gel though, and I'm sure something nicer will be around then :rotfl:
No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60
    May
    INs: 14 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 11
    2012 INs: 77 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 91
    Savings from UUs: £60.50

  • Another UU - mini Sure deodorant spray. Still got a huge pile of deodorant though so i won't need to buy anything else for a good while yet.

totally non beauty related but anyone else think this is THE cutest advert ever? I love it :D

OMG i want one of those orange blobs now![/QUOTE]

    Lol good ad!! :D

I have a very rare lipstick UU. Clinique very berry GWP. WNBA as it just didn't last any length of time. Even after half an hour the colour has vanished. The pink colour was also a bit too shimmery for my liking but I persevered and it has gone.

Also predicting my No7 Quick Thinking wipes will be a UU tonight.

I am off to the theatre tonight to see one of fav actors just now...so excited :D

Can anyone recommend a gradual tan body moisturiser which only gives a hint of colour? My skin is fairly pale.

    Thanks

The best one that I have tried is Garnier Summerbody although to be fair at the time that I was using it it was to maintain a natural tan. I found this one really moisturising though having tried the Johnson & Johnson and Avon ones which were not. HTH.

We sold all our cds to Music Magpie and the resulting space and lack of clutter has made me so happy that I'm really reluctant to have any beauty ins at all.

I could definitely manage on a whole heck of a lot less than I've got.

I'm even considering thinning out my Bobbi Brown collection....

    G!!!!

    :D:D:D

Can't you put your Bobbi Brown collection where the CDs were? Clearly, I am not cured yet. The thought of TAing/streamlining Bobbi Brown cosmetics leaves me with goosebumps! :rotfl: OT - How was your experience with Music Magpie as I'm considering decluttering my music collection.

I'm hopeless at remembering what I have! :o Making the stash list was really helpful as a wake-up call but I feel that unless I look at everything each month I just forget what is hidden away. Already! It's partly the M.E. foggy brain at work (I'm really bad right now) but it's also a sure sign I have far too much stuff.

Does anyone have any tips for staying focused/enthused? I really want to stick at this! Does anyone else suffer from out of sight, out of mind and then want new things?! Has anyone pinned their stash list up at home? I have collected up a basket of splutterers to target, which helps, but they're hanging on for much longer than I thought they would! Oh my...

 Best of luck for April! Thank you for your company

I'm sorry but I would never publish my list at home - this would be incriminating evidence! :rotfl::rotfl: No, hiding my stash in drawers is the best way forward I think. Seriously, though I really think that the spell of time that I had out of work when I could not easily buy any kit I liked from QVC was a turning point for me and then finding this challenge helped me enormously. I do find though that I find myself wanting to buy something at the beginning of each month. Maybe psychologically I feel I deserve it if I've been good all month?

And in true style I have bought something already but am not chastising myself too much as it was a bottle of Revlon Stormy nail colour from Poundland.

Just did a stash survey and had to share that I am giddy with delight at having whittled it down to reasonable proportions!

I'm down to 4 shower gels in the stockroom

Am a bit concerned about your post Helen. You say you have whittled things down to reasonable proportions but then admit to having a STOCKROOM! How big is this room so that it holds reasonable proportions??? :rotfl:

How is everyone got home through heavy wind and rain to find half our fence has gone down. Not happy more expense there to fix it and dogs can't go in the garden till its done (not that it would have been safe for them to be out tonight). What happened to the lovely sunny weather.
